The croissant with coffee was good The room is nothing like the pictures. It’s very dirty and moldy all over the room. The women who works there is nice but the guys is very rude after the women has checked me in the guy called me and I could not understand what he was saying due to a poor signal and he was speaking very fast so I asked him to repeat himself and he yelled at me to “listen” and I said okay and he yelled at me again to “listen “. The sheets has hair on them and the bedding felt like sandpaper, the bedding looking nothing like the pictures. They have very strict rules which include not eating in the room and throwing all food trash I the outside trash cans. The pictures for this place seem edited and fake We almost left the moment we got there because of how difficult the location is for the listing and how how uncomfortable we felt the whole time we were there

The flat was in the central area. The room was clean and cosy flat. The street was a bit noisy, during the night, but was not too bad.

Very hard to park in the surrounding areas.Checkin after 10pm cost 20 euro.

The property is not far from the centre, and is also close to a metro stop. The hosts are very nice and friendly and provided lost of info about Naples and its surroundings. The room is slightly small, but clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pristine bathroom. Good WiFi. We loved the huge terrace. I would stay here again.

it's okay but nothing special, bit in the suburbs but also it's has same unique feeling there, I would say I recommend this place the breakfast is not worth only a cafe and a bakery. I expected for the price overall when I booked this apartment

The lady that checked us in was so lovely and the terrace was beautiful at any time of the day or night. You can get a free pastry and coffee from the cafe on the other side of the street and the pastries are to die for. The catacombs are located right across from the property too which is definitely worth a visit. Would definitely come back again another time. We never met the manager but hours after we had checked in, he called to ask what time we’d be arriving as he’d been waiting for us since 4. I explained we had already checked in so this was clearly false and he just brushed it off. The lady that checked us in was so lovely though. The property is also on a hill you have to walk up and the pavement can be very narrow with lots of fast motorbikes driving past, although you get used to this pretty fast. It did rain on our last day and the cobblestones on the street were extremely slippy so you should be very careful.

I liked it all No problems

The room was clean and it has an air conditionner. The room was clean but it was very small the bed was not suitable for 2 people and the room was in forth floor without elevator. He said he has a breakfast but it was just a cup of coffee with one croissant . The building was like a destroyed building. In general I don’t suggest to anyone this room.

The air conditioning didn't heat the room (at all), so it was mostly cold (in February).

Closeness to the Naples downtown, a walking distance from the metro and bus lines. On the very first hour of our stay, somebody (Vincenzo?) called us to pay in cash a local tax. We were very tired after our journey and told the caller that we will do that later. He started to shout that it must be done immediately and did not let us to finish any sentence. When we paid, we even did not get any receipt for our cash (mafia money?)

The location was quite alright, the closest metro station is around 10-15 minutes from the B&B, but it doesn’t really mean anything in Naples because whether you walk or go by metro, it takes the same amount of time to get to the main attractions. The café where you get your breakfast from was very nice, the people working there as well. But don't be fooled - you get a coupon which means you can pick one pastry and one drink. The choices are very limited, more or less just croissants, but on the other hand they are very delicious and fullfilling. This accomodation was relatively cheap compared to others in Naples Airconditioning. The worst thing was the bathroom, especially the toilet which had problems with flushing - we flushed once and then the water started flowing and we were not able to flush again. The bathroom as well as the room are very small, which was not a problem for us, but it can be a problem for People that have more luggage. The bathroom was not very clean, especially the shower and the sink. Very uncomfortable bed, ridiculously small (one pillow hangs in the air because it doesnt even fit on the small bed). The receptionist doesnt speak a WORD in english, she explained everything in Italian. We were somehow able to understand, but if someone has more questions, this can be a problem. You have to leave the room until 10 a.m. so they can clean it. You cannot eat there and the water from the sink is not drinkable. The rooms.are.located on the fourth floor without an Elevator so again, if you have more luggage, this will probably kill you. You need to get past 4 Doors to get to your room, which really gives you the vibe that you are not in the safest surroundings. Slow check in, we were waitig in front of the axcomodation for over a.half an hour to finally get inside

Really good location - close to the metro, restaurants and museums. This neighborhood doesn't have a very good reputation, but personally I felt safe. Great communication with the host - he was very professional, kind, helpful and left us lots of recommendations. Air conditioning and a terrace are a very big advantage. I enjoyed classic Italian breakfast. I don't recommend this place for people with reduced mobility. It's a pity that there are no wine glasses or a kettle available.
