It was close to the central station and the communication with the management was good It was ok for one nite but would prefer a different area of town
-
Easy to access, clear instructions and quick communication. Super close walk from the train station so it was easy to get to with my luggage.

Close to train station, it was clean Toilet made loud sound for a long time. The smoke alarm mounted on the ceiling above my bed flashed a light all night long. The Netflix did not work. It required me to sign in. When I sent a message to Suzy and some else they were not able to solve the problem.

However, there was no indication that the room was on the ground floor and there was so much noise from the other people living there from the outside both at night till 2 am and 7 am
-
AC was noisy and a very strong smell of humidity

The room had fridge, complementary water bottles, small iiron, Netflix (if you like it), water kettle (photo).. Towels and sheets were clean. Close to the train station and close to the supermarket. Overall I would gave this accomodation 7 but because of the hosts and noise, it is 3 grades lower. During check-in, the host was unpleasant. We were staying on a Monday, but he contacted me on Sunday morning asking for my WhatsApp number. (I have WhatsApp connected to an old Italian number, and it only works if I search for the contact.) I asked him to send me his number, but he didn’t. Instead, I sent him my boyfriend’s number. He replied with something like: “I don’t know about you, but I’m at the seaside right now and would like to enjoy my Sunday. I’ll send you a message tonight or tomorrow morning.” No message came that night or the next morning. We sent a request to check in at the earliest possible time allowed by the property. There was no response. In the end, we arrived in front of the building and called him. Only then did we receive instructions on how to enter the building and the room. The insulation was poor—I was woken up several times during the night. Something like the air-conditioning was making a terrible noise, and there was additional noise from the street traffic. The walls were peeling (photo), and the bed sheets had holes in them (photo).. On the morning of check-out, we had prepared €9 for the city tax in coins. One euro was made up of around 20 two-cent and 20 ten-cent coins; the rest was in one-euro and fifty-cent coins (photo). We had only a €200 bill and assumed no one would be there in the morning. However there was a lady host there. The lady told us that one- and two-cent coins were not allowed. When I said I didn’t see the problem, she responded with something like, “You can go to the supermarket and exchange them.” In the end, she asked us to pay by card. I agreed but mentioned that I would include this in my review. Suddenly, the card machine was out of battery and not working. We spent 14 nights in Italy, and all the other hosts were extremely kind. For the price we paid, I at least expected some basic politeness.

Very close to the station, and there is a grocery store one minute away around the corner. Also liked that it is very private, and you can let yourself in to the property. Very small, only bright white lights (I like yellow lights for evenings), single room is small- best for just needing a place to sleep, not if you want to hang out at home.

Smoke clean and tidy

So close to the central station and plenty of places around to eat at ! Slightly hard to find the correct building

Decorarion ans clean place. There a tray for the soap in the shower. And the toilet is very noise when it is filling with water after a flush.

Good location. And seemed secure. Tiny shower. No soap dish or shelf in shower unit. Very bright lighting that couldn’t be adjusted

Do not stay here. Within 15 minutes of checking in we felt sick and light-headed, it smelled as if there was some sort of gas or chemical leak. We immediately had to leave and rebook accommodations elsewhere. We asked kindly for a refund but have not received anything.

Very good budget option, only 4 minutes on foot from central station, good for the price.

The room was very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I often book a double room as single rooms in my experience tend to be very small or only have options to share dorms/hostels. Previous reviews were good so thought I'd give it a try and I was not disappointed at all. This room for a single person was spacious and the bathroom was great! Nice touches with kettle and fridge and bottle of water and teas provided. The self check in was straight forward with the hosts providing detailed instructions. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing it was all good.
