Close to city center and Napoli Centrale train station, authentic italian appartment with balcony, daily room services A little bit old inside, very noisy outside at the morning

Centrally located near the Napoli Centrale Station and bus transport. Lift access to the room was a big bonus. Good supermarket close by. Walking distance (though long) to other neighbourhoods of interest and the port. What might have been a more glamorous hotel in its heyday, now appeared tired and neglected. The reception areas and hallways (and modern lift) still seemed cared for but once you got into the room, it was dark and unwelcoming. A stained fridge that didn't work, a TV that didn't connect, a desktop with cracked glass, a cracked toilet seat, clogged basin and shower, and evidence of past hotel occupants' hair. The issue of clogged basin and shower did get addressed however the next day. As for the fridge, when I informed staff that it was broken, it was suggested that I can store anything in the fridge downstairs at reception - hardly convenient access when I'm on the third floor. As for the location, I should've done my research properly. The area was noisy, hectic and somewhat depressing. The hotel would be ok for a short stay only - not the 5-6 nights that I initially booked.

I guess it was clean, nice view of Vesuvius Do not stay here. Firstly, when the staff eventually gave me my room key (after seeming surprised I was there, and then insisting I, a solo traveler, was one of three people) - my room key unlocked the room to an already occupied room. Secondly, I had been receiving scam calls from someone at this hotel who knew my dates and hotel name (Trying to make me panic and click a link to pay otherwise they would cancel my stay.) this did not happen from any of the my other hotels booked through booking.com. Thirdly, the location is terrible. The taxi drivers insisted on escorting me to the door due to the number of homeless and very aggressive black migrants on the street. It was unsafe to go out at night and no room service so some nights I did not eat, when walking around I was physically grabbed and heckled by black men and if I ignored them they would accuse me of being racist due to not talking to them.

It was advertised that they would serve us breakfast and when we got there they told us there was no breakfast.

Add a holder for the shower head so people can actually shower.

Location and air conditioning Bathroom and facilities were not okay

Zone around is a bit rough.

The noise of traffic carries to room and is noisy even at night.

It’s lacking a lot of upgrade

Central location. Cleanliness, bathroom, comfortable bed No kettle, cups or glasses so unable to make a cup of tea or have a drink

Location is very close to train station and bus station. Room is not small, comfortable for 3 persons. Staffs are nice. Bathroom is quite big. Bed is not comfy. Area around hotel is not safe but if you do not come back to Hotel late night, it was OK.

Very neat and worth the price No kitchen, came with my kids couldn’t get hot water to get their food done I had to look for an option.
