The hotel location is excellent, 200 m from Naples central train station and metro station. The airport bus beside the train staion, take only 10 minutes to the airport. There are a lot of restaurents nearby. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with 63 steps of staircase, no usual elevator. The hotel room is small, the bathroom facilities are not very good.

We booked this accommodation because we wanted somewhere close to the main station so it was perfect. The building exterior is a bit scruffy, but inside the hotel was nice and quiet despite its location. The room was very clean and comfortable with a private bathroom, fridge and Netflix. We would use this Hotel again. Only a small gripe, but the shower cubicle didn’t drain that quickly.

We came as a group of travel agents, Alexandra at the reception was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, she did everything it was possible to accommodate us will all the requirements we had.

There was a puddle of water on the floor when we arrived because the fridge hasn't been closed properly (we assume). There was no apology for this. The balcony doors didn't close properly so we didn't feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room. You can get similarly priced hotels that are far more comfortable in Napoli.

Good location near the central station so close to the airport. The hotel and room itself clean and comfy better then I was expecting. The owner was very kind and was available to all requests. It was quiet during the night despite the location of the hotel next to a busy area. I recommend staying there if you want to have a close connection with airport or have a good base for exploring Naples. The shower head was leaking (as a note to the owner as I was leaving very early in the morning so I could not report directly). The mattraces were very basic.

The price was great. The hotel was decorated nicely and clean. I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. It is buried in a neighborhood which was unexpected, but still nice inside and close to lots of shopping. There was an outdoor clothing market a couple block away that I visited. For the price, nothing. The customers were legit travelers, like myself. The street entering the hotel was very local which was confusing at first, but I was pleasantly surprised inside.
