Comfortable bed, spacious room, nicely working AC. Great view right in front of the building. Great pizza below. The staff went the extra mile to meet our requestes A bit far from metro and trains, busses mostly unreliable. It takes 15 mins of a (nice) walk to be at the metro

good for a safe place to stay for one night. the buiding is oean front but the room doesn't have view. it is at 2nd floor, no elevator. restaurants just outside the building. when check out, we need leave the key in the room, but don't know how to open the community gate without the key. need to wait someone to open the gate to come out. maybe return the key to the lockbox on the community gate will be your better option。The lock box is located inside the alley not the one at the street)

It's really clean, cozy, and pretty. I loved it, the location is also very good, and it's a safe neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC was great, everything was clean, and the place was really well equipped as well. I like it! The stairs, the stairs of the building, are for me the only downside, but it's also nothing major; it's on the first floor, so you only climb one floor of stairs. But it's good to know, if, like me, you had a big suitcase.

Comfortable room, Quiet even though it’s in a very central location, right at the seashore promenade and next to good pizza places. Finding a parking spot was nearly impossible
