Well located for the sea front and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory with warm croissants and coffee available. The photos were misleading, our room was cold and clinical with dark frosted windows and little natural light. Our double room was two single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle. The bathroom was outdated and tired, it is designed for accessibility making it uncomfortable to use otherwise. The noise throughout the B&B was excessive, it is very echo-y and poorly soundproofed. We were kept up late and woken up very early by other guests speaking loudly. You could hear several other bathrooms being used as well as any conversations in the neighbouring rooms and hallway. We have concerns over the security of the B&B. We were given detailed check-in instructions, however we accessed our room from the street with no closed or locked doors (nor any staff present). After we returned to the B&B one morning, we found our door had been left open after cleaning was complete, with our belongings on display. We would not recommend this B&B and would not stay again.

The room is so spacious and cosmic in design, with loft being breathable and cozy accommodation. Lift is so outdated (ancient but functional) and good only for the luggage.

Great location and traditional old style flat with high ceilings. The room and bathroom are both spacious. The shower unit appears slightly outdated, and water collects during showers as the drainage is not very efficient.

Location was great, the hosts were kind, the room was wide, more than enough space! Breakfast did not offer many choices, only croissants and cereals. The main entrance door is a little strange, at working hours usually the big wooden door is widly open, but if it is in the evening its a little strange, you have to enter through a small door on the same wooden gate. The elevator was to tiny, and a very old model.
