Morelli Suite

Internet didn’t work at all , breakfast is served in a small table in the bedroom, no option for kids such as chocolate powder and hairdryer didn’t work. After using for two minutes , got overheating and stop. No other option available at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Morelli Suites in Naples! The location is perfect—within walking distance of top attractions, great restaurants, and the beautiful coastline. The suite was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was served in room and it was delicious. I highly recommend Morelli Suites for anyone visiting Naples.

The style of the room No hot water during my entire staying. I informed the receptionist about earlier check out, they promised a breakfast to go wich I payed but never get.

Apartment was in great location, breakfast was good, room was modern and very clean Room was little smaller than expected,

Location is a 20 min walk from historical centre. Breakfast is served in the rooms. The room was tidy and clean. Room was unfortunately noisy because street facing. Windows were not triple glazed or sound proofed. As a result earplugs were needed. Also there was only one good plug for my adapter that was a type F plug. I wasn't aware that Italy had slight different plugs. For a hotel, I would expect all the plug to be type F and with USB sockets.

Superb

Very nice and convinient room near main shopping area and public beach, small kitchen in the room, recently renovated, nice breakfast. Located on a very noisy street, traffic noise makes it hard to sleep, especially during weekend.

Comfy and perfect location no hot water in the morning

We came for two nights, we got the room and then we realized that the water flow was very bad and we didn't have hot water. They told us that they would fix it, but nobody came. My wife had to wash her hair in the sink They told us that somebody would be there in the morning we waited 90 min and nobody came . The room is so small that we didn't have space for 2 medium luggage and 1 big

Elevator extremely small

The location is right along the water. Walking distance to Castel dell’ Ovo I didn’t like how the front desk is so close to the rooms. The rooms themselves are very small. Plus that they aren’t that flexible as far as revising your reservation so make no mistakes like I did hahaha.

Very good

The staff were very nice and super helpful with suggestions and getting taxi service set up to the airport. The room had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. They even served breakfast right to your room! I choose this location because it was right across the street from L’Antiquario, one of the best bars in the world. So if you’re looking to go there, this place is excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a smaller room. There was enough room for me to walk around the bed and that’s it. The shower was so small that I could barely bend down to wash my feet properly. I’m an average size human for reference. I was only there for a night so it wasn’t too much of an issue but still.

Exceptional

It was a very comfortable stay in a lovely place. Very clean, excellent location in the heart of Chiaia near The Lungomare of Naples. The breakfast was good and it was brought to my room every morning. The staff were excellent, especially Fabio, who went out of his way to make sure he was there at the accommodation to greet me and to make sure I was ok very late at night after my flight from UK was delayed. I really appreciated this level of effort that Fabio went to in order to make sure that I was ok and welcomed. I would not hesitate tom return here on my next trip to this incredible city.
