Di Palma Suite Museum

Autonomous check-in even at a late hour, convenient breakfast with a good range of choices, very clean flat with a great all-around balcony with a view. A very nice and accomodating host! No soap (hand or shower), a lack of indications/communication at our arrival, and an overall lack of hot water in the shower, which was a recurring problem.

The museum district was interesting. Like 2 buses from the city center. The staff was responsive. There is no handle on the front door so you need to use the key and a LOT of pressure to get the door open. I needed help to get in or out of the B&B. When I was trying to leave I was locked in. It’s on the 8th floor and the elevator is very small like it comfortably fits one person. A bit overpriced for the area singles should probably get a hotel or a hostel bed.

The location was really good. Size of room ok, and speed of WIFi. The host was always available for every question. Good value for money! The bathroom was clean, but it stinks. There were no shower gel, slippers, and soup. Everything else was ok. Owerall, if I ever choose to come back here, I would again choose this property.

Easy to find in the heart of the city, stunning views and amazing local ameneties. The property was clean and tidy and just what we needed for our short break. Confusion over the pin code for the Key Safe, but this was quickly resolved.

Good location and very pretty views from the terrace balcony. Apartment manager was quick and efficient to order me a taxi to go to the airport on the last day. For all four days, I stayed there, the bathroom had a septic/sulfur smell that permeated the whole room. There never was hot water in the shower or the sink, no matter how long you left the water on. The bed was quite uncomfortable, especially since the middle of the bed was 2 inches, more depressed than the outside of the bed…quite wore out. The microwave did not work. And on the last day of excursions, we had to walk down nine flights of stairs because the elevator didn’t work one day. At least it was working that night when we got back. We only had the apartment cleaned once, although they may have misunderstood me when I said one day not to clean it, and they thought I meant for the rest of the days. The one day it was cleaned, the cleaning lady left the balcony door unlocked and partially open, where any of the other tenants who had access to the terrace could’ve walked in our room. The apartment manager was great to work with and courteous, but I did not complain about everything that was broken because our relationship was possibly already strained, the first day.

We did not go for the breakfast as always on the go. We loved the location. Sanita just below is unbelievable. We loved the room and the facilities. The shower was a wee bit tame, I love a good power shower and it was cold on the first day but once we reported this issue it was very quickly fixed and we had no further issues. I just wanted to raise it because it clearly showed the host really cared about our comfort and took time to resolve these things x I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Good location. Wonderful view from the balcony. Access to a refrigerator and microwave/oven was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. The doorman got us a taxi to the airport very quickly. He is only there during the week. Nothing really.

The view from the balcony and the location had a couple of good restaurants, near the catacombs and walking distance to the city centre. The place is falsely advertised, most of the services they claim to provide they do not actually provide. There is no breakfast, the terrace doors don't lock which meant we had to barricade them during a storm, your spare room keys are left on clear display in a place accessible to all guests, people ring the bell at all hours of the day and night, there is no staff on site. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend the place to anyone, it is too overpriced for the lack of services provided.

Worst experience, no bathroom in the room had to use one across the hall.. Air conditioning was broken and nobody came to fix it for 2 days...it was mid July 40+, we couldn't get any rest, no privacy if you want to open door to balcony anyone could walk by... breakfast was downstairs in some grocery shop, not as it shows in pictures, the whole place is a scam and the owner only cares about payment.. don't get fooled by pictures, that is only view from one same balcony that every room can use This experience ruined the start of our holiday, thankfully we had booked the rest of the stay elsewhere... Didn't like anything about this place, hospitality or facilities.. Beds looked like something from 2nd World War hospitals.. Broken Air conditioning Never had experience like that in my life No bathroom in room

Easy walk to everything. Not very well sign posted. But locals were very helpful and host replied very quickly.
