The room is spacious, bathroom has good amenities and shower, nice coffee machine and kitchen to use for guests. Overall my stay was good but there were a couple of unpleasant things about it. The biggest disappointment was about parking. The accommodation’s profile states that they have free parking available so that was a big reason for me to book this place. When I arrived there I was pointed out to a garage opposite of the BnB which is paid and expensive or told I could park on the street for free but that area is sketchy and not really safe to leave the car in the street overnight and also is really hard to find a close by parking spot on the street. The room is in a sort of “basso” (street or below street level housing in Naples) which is not clear from the booking profile. So the room is a bit humid but they do provide AC and dehumidifier. The room where I stayed has a window outlooking on the street/sidewalk so you can’t really open it and get natural light because you have people walking by your window all the time and it can also get noisy with many buses, cars and trucks driving by. Not terrible but is not clear when looking at the accommodations profile on booking.

I liked everything its perfect and clean, perfect bathroom, bed is comfortable, owner is great.

Spacious room and bathroom within walking distance to many sites of interest. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The location is great with bus station very nearby. The room is clean with all facilities being present. The host received us with the keys and was cordial. The bed makes noise sometimes. The bathroom didn't have a lot of space to keep things on.

Modern bathroom. Bed was like a timber board and extremely uncomfortable, we tried to line it with blankets so that it didn’t hurt while trying to sleep. Room smelt like sewerage when the toilet was flushed. Stay was also made less enjoyable by noisy, inconsiderate neighbours in the next room over who were very noisy and didn’t care about anyone else.

There was no breakfast included. I liked the bathroom which was modern and clean. A/C worked great. The owner had apparently called my cell phone and left a message with the correct number to call him, but I still haven't been able to access that message. So we didn't have a good number to use to each him. We kept buzzing and calling with no response. After about a half an hour, he came to the property. The internet went in and out and I had no way I contacting the owner. As the phone in the kitchen didn't work.

Good communication from the owner, with lots of help when we needed it. Great shuttle to the airport. Great air conditioning. We asked for room with bunkbeds for the kids but when we arrived the top one wasn't unfolded and we had to wait for the following morning for it to be sorted out. So my daughter spent the first night on a matress on the floor. When it was made up there was no barrier around the edge so she was too worried about falling out, so she spent the week on the floor!!! The washing machine was broken...not great when you are there for a week. Then thebl kettle disappeared from the kitchen and when I asked where it was the reply was that they couldn't do anything about it and we should have breakfast in a café!

Funtanella location is easy to reach from station and main Naples's main attractions, also you can cook simple dishes.

Quite a large and spacious ground floor room, appreciated access to kitchen and microwave. Large bathroom. Altogether appreciated having this as a base for 6 days in Naples! a little far from the city centre

Very good location, very local, good places of interest in surrouding area. Alessio is very welcoming, helped out with recommendations re food, transport etc. Went out of his ways to let us leave the bags after check out, because our flight was late in evening. Great host in all, and great base for exploration Bed could be comfier, but it's not bad at all.
