The location. Nothing was set up. Lady was bothersome.

The location The toilet didn’t work well, it would run most of the night, we were given one roll of toilet paper for 3 people a day. On arrival the hallway stunk like pee.

The location. The beds were sunken in. The stairs were sketchy. Outdated decor. We thought the room would be bigger based of the photos.

Never got scammed like this. No space at all. Duplex, you cant straighten up on top floor and stairs are very steep. Three windows, none looks outside, only in hallways, so if you open window, everyone can look inside and you wont be able to sleep because of the noise. There is no mattress, you sleep on giant sponge that is supported with bags full of fabrics. There is no mobile signal, and internet is not working, so if something happens to you in apartment, you can only die in there, since you cant call for help.

The room was clean. The location was fantastic Right in the middle of a great restaurant and bar hub. Near a port Air con was poor Staff tried to fix it

The location was very good but that’s also where the positives ended Terrible Wi-Fi and no data so basically u don’t have internet at all inside. AC barely works I don’t know if they changed something in the settings to save on electricity or if it’s just not working properly. Could have been cleaner. The woman at the check-in was kind of rude and no, it wasn’t the language barrier. There is no windows to the outside just one that looks into the corridor and on the elevator where the other guests pass.

Everything basically works. There was hot water. Entryway to the room is kind of scary. The air conditioner is loud. The lights make a sound. You can hear all the street noise. Everything seems like it was haphazardly constructed. There is no Do-Not-Disturb sign, so the cleaners come barging in.

Good location I booked a family room with 5 beds and when I got to the property they said it’s booked for “2”. They then proceeded to give me the same room I booked but charged me an additional $81. This paid $200 for a dump. It was not clean.

The staff does not speak any English. The guest is treated not so warmly, with a little suspjiction, i felt.

it’s a good location, the room was small but clean and relatively modern furniture for Italian standards. WiFi wasn’t working at all and my phone had little to no signal so I was out of reach while in the hotel. gave up trying at some point.
