Great location in the historical part of Napoli. Only stayed one night as had an early flight back, but would recommend this place and area and will try to stay here next time. The owner was really great communication wise and recommended some local places to eat away from the tourist traps. Walking distance from the ferry where you can get a shuttle to the airport as well. The room was great for a few nights stay, only thing is it depends who your neighbours are! Not the owners fault at all as it's an older building, so just be aware the walls are thin, and I unfortunately had a very obnoxious loud neighbour in the hotel next to me who was loudly on his phone till 2am for some reason! It's Naples so it's going to be loud, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I loved the location. It was very convenient to everything! There were several good restaurants nearby (especially Serpentone, up the street). It was reasonably close to the entrances for both of Napoli's two main lines of the Metropolitana. This was halfway through my 3-week trip and it was time to do laundry. Alas, there was no laundry nearby, and I had to buy some clothes. I found several good clothing shops on via Chiaia that were reasonably priced and had what I needed: underwear, polo shirts, and a belt. It was also very close to the Galleria Umberto I. The proprietor, Fabio, was fabulous! What a nice, considerate person! Breakfast was at the bar in front of the hotel. It was just coffee and a pastry (both good), but the atmosphere was delightful. I have nothing to complain about. For the money, it was great.

Fabio was so helpful. He waited on us a lot. Flat is in the perfect region of napoli. 99/100 Only problem our siphon is not worked completely. But I managed the use it so almost perfect 99/100.
