Clean and very friendly and helpful host

I believe the room size was less than quoted, or it felt small. This was certainly was not a one-bedroom, and no living room. That claim was quite a stretch. Only one towel was provided until requested. Very thrifty, I suggest looking for another place.

Room was very nice and clean. Host was very friendly and helpful. Provided detailed check in instructions and assisted us with shuttle to airport. We only stayed one night for travel from Naples airport.

It was exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. Facilities were the necessary for our 1 night stay and was comfortable. Description of how to enter the property was very clear. Rosario gave us a taxi number for getting to the airport and they answered my WhatsApp message immediately and were punctual. Breakfast is simple, but plenty Be aware that taxes must be payed in cash, not card. Not what you’d expect for a a B&B if you are coming from England, as breakfast is left packaged, but there’s plenty. Great for an overnight stay to get to airport, but not as a typical Naples stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Amica Geniale. The place was super clean, which made us feel very comfortable. Everything from the room to the bathroom was spotless. The B&B is in a great spot for getting around Naples. It's easy to reach public transport, so exploring the city was no problem at all. We felt safe in the neighborhood, even when walking around in the evening. The host was fantastic. She was very friendly and always ready to help. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, she was there for us. It made our stay much nicer. Breakfast was a good way to start the day. We especially enjoyed the coffee - it was really nice and gave us a good boost in the morning. It definitely hit the spot and helped us get ready for our day of exploring Naples. Being close to public transport made it easy for us to visit all the main sights in Naples. We liked how well-connected the area was, which helped us make the most of our time in the city. The B&B is located at a busy intersection, so there's some ambient street noise. This didn't bother us and is typical for a central city location, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

The apartament is very clean with a nice design. The host Rosaria is caring and very helpful. I loved the complementary coffee in the kitchen, it was very tasty. If you need you can get a ride to the airport. I had a great stay. Thank you!

Super friendly and accommodating. We had a travel change and ended up arriving about an hour early- they were able to check us in early and were very nice about the schedule change. The room was very clean, and easy to access. Good coffee options and morning breakfast options were nice. Also like they had bottled water in the rooms. Close to the airport and easy to get a taxi to/from the property. Multiple restaurants and cafes within a 10- minute walk. The view of the prison was odd...but nothing they can do to change that, and it is transparent in the listing.

It’s near the tram which is perfect and there are restaurants downstairs and a grocery store which makes everything convenient about the property.

Exceptional

We selected the property for our last night it Italy, as we had a very early flight to catch. It certainly served that purpose and the staff was very helpful. They helped arrange affordable transportation to the airport and had breakfast available for our early departure. Four beds and a small kitchen squeezed into one room. No complaints and it served our purpose. I’m not sure I would use it with 4 people for multiple nights.

The room and the facilities were quite good. However, nothing special. The location was 15 min from the central station. The location was not bad, but not the best option you can have. The most disapointing thing was the breakfast, which was actually not a breakfast, but some junk food from super market.

It’s in a safe area, easy to go in and out. The property manager communicates well before and during our stay. We enjoyed the pizzeria that she recommended. WiFi reception was spotty. It would be nice to have the bath towels replaced as they looked like they had seen better days.

The location was great! Close drive to the airport and 15 minute walk to the city centre with various restaurants and shops. The host was so friendly and amazing. She had the room ready for us early and gave us advice on how to get their from the ferry port. She also gave us breakfast even though we arrived at 3:00 pm! The room was exactly what we needed for one nights stay - clean, and comfortable. There was also a kitchenette outside the room where we could warm up our pizza or make coffee/tea.

Great bed, and clean. Grocery store downstairs. Pizza close by. Engaging host. Offered shuttle for minimal fee to airport. Host gave recommendations to area. Breakfast was terrible, packaged sweets and espresso coffee/tea. Not really a bed and breakfast. Uncomfortable since nowhere to sit in your room and kitchen area small and basic, just for a quick bite. Not close to historic center but we had been in the city for a while and were comfortable with the public transit system.
