The hotel met it's purpose for us!

Location to the airport Lock on the door didn't work and while unlocking the first room, it is occupied by two people.

Just the location not much around

The breakfast was amazing. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The pizza in the bar was outstanding. Can not think of one thing except not centrally located.

Comfortable with close proximity to airport.

Convenient to go to the airport. Clean room, comfortable beds. AC didn’t work and we had to call to get it fixed late in the evening. The area looked a bit sketchy outside with lots of tagging and dirty streets.

This room was so clean and well-appointed! Friendly staff and we loved that it was at the end of the Metro line so we just hopped on every morning on our way to activities. Great restaurant next door called Regine. The bar in the hotel was great for appetizers and drinks. The room was quiet and the shower pressure was great. We had a room with two queens. I thought I booked it with breakfast included but they told me at check in that it wasn't included and I chose not to add it on because I was annoyed. The location is in a business area which is not too attractive if you are expecting quaint Italian charm but it worked well for us. Just a Metro ride from anything!

Location The bathroom flooded twice in a few hours. No one repaired it The WiFi did not work

For brand like holiday inn, I wasn't expecting like it. They charged 9 extra euro from me then they advertised on booking.com I travel all over the world frequently. I never had this bad experience especially from holiday inn

nothing rooms were old, breakfast was basic

Very very clean rooms and breakfast area . They have a device that they press and it calls the cabs and prints out when the cab will arrive. In our case it was 4 mins. Not the neighborhood to take an evening stroll. See pic. The breakfast was good but they keep their bacon raw and uneatable for Americans. See pic

Thankfully the staff immediately relocated us the following morning due to ongoing construction noise. The breakfast was good, the location was convenient to transportation. The construction noise the first night, but the staff immediately changed our room the next morning.

Safe location. If you have a rental car this hotel has a secure parking garage that is valet and inside. I was booked at another hotel to be close to the airport for an early flight. Then it sounded like some one was be murdered down the hall. So I packed my stuff and left. I didn’t think to look for a reliable brand hotel, I was just thinking got to be close to airport. I’ll never do that again. As soon as I pulled into the parking garage I felt safe and relieved. I was only there for 10 hours over night. Couldn’t tell you. Based on what happened to me, I loved it.

Reasonably close to airport. Good staff. Nice bar/menu. Room nothing to write home about. OK.

When booking the room, I have specified one large bed, but the room we were given had two single beds. The faintest sounds from the hallway could be listen in the room, even the sounds of people walking, so it was difficult for us to have rest. These are the reasons for our disappointment of Hotel Inn in Naples.

Strange entrance to the building. The hotel started on the 20th floor. It's not in a very nice area

Property itself was a bit old, but beds were comfortable and rooms clean and big enough. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Location near metro line 1 station was very convenient Dinner presentation was not great and food a bit disappointing— renovation work of main dining room was being carried on and this may have contributed…. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent with wide range of pastries and breakfast foods.
