The staff were extremely accommodating! There was an elevator which was helpful to move luggage. Location was questionable.

Excellent and extensive breakfast. Exceeded expectations! Noise/conversations from other guests in the hallways at night were very loud. Sound insulation could be better.

It’s a quick taxi ride to the airport and the front desk booked the taxi for us ahead of time, which was helpful because we had to leave at 4am for a 6am flight. Decent breakfast spread. The mattresses were pretty bad (hard as a rock), the sheets and linens weren’t the cleanest (loose hairs and questionable stains).

Close to Napoli airport. Friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast. I left at 5.30 am before breakfast but the gentleman at reception made me a wonderful espresso and offered a freshly baked slice of cake. Nothing

My European adapter didn't work. There was 1 us style plug near hair dryer but I didn't see it until morning

Clean and comfortable, with underground parking, which is a very good thing to have in Naples. Lots of good eateries at the big round piazza a little walk away. Access by car is a little tricky, and even though it is very close to the airport "as the crow flies", it is complicated to get there if you're not a local.
