Price is good The stay was disappointing due to several issues with transparency and service. The property operates entirely via online check-in and check-out, with no in-person support. Check-in was strictly enforced, and we were not allowed to enter even slightly earlier than the exact check-in time, which was inconvenient after arrival. Communication was also difficult, as the staff had very limited English and mainly communicated in Italian, which made it harder to resolve issues efficiently. The room faces a busy street and is quite noisy at night, despite being described as “soundproof.” Earplugs were provided, which suggests this is a known issue. Cleaning service was not clearly explained in advance. We were informed only after arrival that no cleaning would be provided for a 3-night stay. Although a cleaning and towel replacement was later promised, it was not delivered on time, and we had to continue using wet towels. On the check-out day, we were also disturbed early in the morning and asked to leave before the official check-out time, which created unnecessary pressure. In addition, we were charged more than the listed city tax due to an extra fee that was not disclosed in the Booking.com listing. Overall, the listing lacks transparency and the service did not meet expectations.

The WiFi did not work at all — the extender connected but had no internet, and the main network would not accept the password on any of our devices. This was tested on multiple phones and computers. I was traveling with two children and had important work commitments, and I received no proper assistance or solution. I had to rely on roaming data, which is unacceptable. Location and cleanliness were fine, but overall this was not good value for money due to the lack of basic services like working internet.

Room is spacious. During the day, location feels better. Walkable to beach and we found a nice coffee place about 10 min walk. There was so much construction when we got there. It was late so I was confused where the property was located. I booked last minute so the “hotel” threw me off. This is NOT a hotel. I called the property manager and he didn’t speak English so I spoke to someone else and he was extremely rude. There was security when we got there but we still didnt feel safe. To get in, it was so confusing. We had to use our phones to get in but WiFi wasn’t that great so we took awhile to figure it out. When we used the shower, it over flowed and it flooded the bathroom. Thankfully the cleaner was there so we were able to replace the towels that we used to clean the flooding. Apparently they fixed the problem. It was not fixed. We had to stop the shower every two minutes to make sure it didn’t over flow again.

Our host was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. We had to coordinate to meet the host upon arrival to receive keys and pay city taxes in cash. Not a problem, just something to consider.

The property was clean and the location was in a central location close to the Metro. There were a few problems with the unit. Window cover was broken, wall molding was loose in the bathroom, shower leaked, and shower valve was broken.

The room was pretty big and clean. The street is really noisy so it was a bit hard to sleep with all the noise of the cars and people.

Good location, clean apartment

Everything about this place is wonderful. Me and my friend had a great time there. The room is very clean and smell good. The location is nice. the owner name is Luigi, he is so kind, humble and his hospitality is beyond our expectation.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Gigi, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The breakfast arrangement was a thoughtful touch. The provided €2.50 ticket per person covered a classic Italian breakfast at the bar across the street. It was lovely to enjoy a fresh cornetto and a delicious cappuccino in the morning, with the flexibility to choose other options if desired. The location was excellent! Situated in the charming Chiaia district, it was close to Mergellina and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Naples. A perfect spot for both convenience and a local experience.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful waterfront and vibrant local shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and making sure my stay was enjoyable.

Situated in a good area with train stations being close and the pier to walk also close by. Our host was very helpful and friendly. The tourist tax was quiet high in comparison to the other cities in Italy we stayed, we paid 20 euros.

Good location, comfortable bed. Read properly before you book. I was under impression that this was apart hotel. In reality, this was just a private room in very strange surroundings, hybrid office/ apartment building. No room service, breakfast outside the venue, very strange concept

Room finishing is top spec Too noisy because one of the windows could not close and it is located in the middle of town, otherwise it would have been one of the best places I have booked on booking.com

My friends and I had a late flight cancelled, so we had to find somewhere with a late check-in that could accommodate us last minute. This place was perfect, the staff were helpful, and it was a relief to find such a lovely place after such a stressful day.

Marco was very friendly and considerate. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Location is excellent with bus stop just outside the building and nearest train/metro station is a 5 min walk.
