The location is really nice, and there's the famous pizzeria Kalo 50 nearby. There was nothing I did not like.

Lovely hotel and the breakfast lady was friendly. They hurried us to check out at 10 am, and that was fine. We then left our suitcases in the lobby until the afternoon, but they threw our very expensive toiletries away when they could have simply let us know or left with our luggage. Either they don’t communicate between hotel staff and reception or they really thought they could just throw away other people stuff. For this reason we won’t give full marks. Also, when we initially booked, they don’t give us codes and instructions straight away, but waited until the day and couldn’t send the message on my English numbers instead they needed an Italian number, which can be annoying if you don’t have one.

Very good

the very kind staff, the sober furnishings, the top cleanliness and the comfort of the bed, as well as the location well connected to both the buses and the station The shower has a curtain and no shower tray. It's also very narrow.

Typical Italian breakfast, served by pleasant, helpful staff. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was very grumpy.

We appreciated that the reception stayed open for us as we arrived late, I had received a few messages asking when we would be arriving which I did not see until later in the evening. The hotel room was a good size When we arrived, the employee made a point to say that they had contacted me and had to stay on late as the check in closed at 8, which was confusing because it clearly states 9 on the website? so they need to update their website instead of making customer feels bad. Do not ignore the comments about the noise like we did, we didn't think it would be that bad...IT IS SO BAD! constant honking, bin men arrive on the street around 6/7am which is so loud. When we stayed during May 2025, there is savage roadworks happening all down the street - the noise was horrendous. We barely slept for all of the nights.

Breakfast was basic but ok. We had to request items such as bowls and spoons, and service a little idiosynchratic. Reception staff were very helpful and the location perfect for access to the metro and nearby restaurants. We have mobility issues, so the stairs up to the rooms was hard work. However we were helped with some of our luggage.
