Booked a room with two beds, and they tried the old trick of checking us into downgraded small room with one queensized bed so we had to hustle it through WhatsApp calls with them to change it into our original booking. Very difficult english speaking with staff, but in the end the treatment was very nice. Room windows facing the street was very loud italian-style nonstop honking since 7am. But after all, it was a nice stay.

Excellent location near Mergellina station. Exceptionally kind staff, thanks. Clean room. Breakfast, despite it was basic (croissants and cappuccino). Wifi was unreliable. Parking 25 Eur per night is in garage in street next to the room - it is somehow complicated to find the entrance and parking spot was not guaranteed for only being the guests in the room. It depends on garage occupancy. Shower was really narrow, but Ok it could be used anyway.

The breakfast is a classical continental breakfast, not too much choice but tasty. The area was safety, not so far from the citycenter, very close to the main busline and underground line 2. There was reception just between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 pm (practically the owners of the home) and nobody speaks English. But they were very friendly and ready to dissolve any kind of problem.

Near to a metro station for easy access to other parts of the city, and also walkable distance to the harbour. The photos on the booking.com site did not correspond to the accommodation. The room was listed as having a balcony overlooking a courtyard and the picture showed a leafy green courtyard garden. In reality you couldn't go on the balcony as it looked in a very poor state and there was a huge air-condition box in the middle making it impossible to get on it! It also overlooked the inner courtyard that was a carpark. Booking.com also fails to mention that the property is on the 3rd floor accessible by 78 steps or a rickety coin operated lift!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The hotel location is very good as it's very close to Mergellina station and many other bus lines. So you can reach the centre easily.

I loved stayed in this place! Jerusa and Maria were so nice and make me feel welcomed. I absolutely want to back there. The location is excellent, close to train station. We had some problems with water leaks in the bathroom. But the problem was promptly mitigated.

It was a nice room. Good staff and breakfast service. It was a bit challenging to know where is the reception when we arrived but we could communicate with the staff so it went okay. I think it might be helpful if the sign says it’s at the top floor of the building.

It was clean, the shower was great, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the host was amazing There was no cellular coverage and the WiFi is sometimes a bit too slow so communication with the outside was a bit hard.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the location is ideal! The building needs a lifting and the sound proofing could be better. Also even without speaking English we managed to find our way
