Great location, friendly host Good water shower pressure Room was welcoming Note there are 84 giant stairs to get there (they are on the top floor) and no lift

Breakfast was great and the room was quiet given the location. Great instructions and introduction to the area by the staff. Three flights of stairs with all our luggage.
-
Location in the historic district. Older building with no elevator, but the host was very helpful with our bags. Rooms are very clean and standard. Offer a morning breakfast which was a nice touch.

Everything was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming! There is no elevator and I would not recommend it for people who have either mobility or health issues.

Fabio met us on site and he’s just fabulous. He insisted on carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He provided tips of what to do around Naples. He’s so welcoming and friendly. We wanted to take him with us for the rest of our trip. The location is very central. It’s in the older part of town on a noisy, bustling street. But once you get in the property, it’s so serene and quiet. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out. This was one of our favourite hotels in Italy. Would have loved some fresh fruit at breakfast. And this is not the property’s fault but just so travellers know, there are 4 high flights of stairs to get to the main door. No elevator/lift. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Climbing the many flights of stairs.

The place is wonderful. The breakfast was superb - coffee was primo. The staff, Fabio, was the BEST. 3 flights of stairs up.

Hospitality was excellent and very welcoming. Clean and spacious rooms Take into consideration you need to enter through a very small door from the outside and there is a climb of 3 large floors. There is no elevator. The manager assists with your luggage. Additionally, room is spacious and modern and the shower is lovely but weak water flow.

First, Fabio was wonderful and sooo helpful! He made things so much easier for us! We really appreciated all his help and recommendations! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was built in 1500 so there was not a lift (elevator) so we did lots of walking but it was worth it to be in that area with so many shops and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and getting to know Fabio!

Fabio has been amazing! So helpful and thoughtful giving us advice and guidance of the city. We loved the location. Very clean and comfortable room.
-
The only issue is that this property lacks an elevator, and it’s located on the 3rd floor.
-
Location is in the centre of the historic centre. Difficult to find at first, as there wasn’t any clear signs, but only minor!
-
Location was amazing. Staff was super helpful and breakfast was great. They would close the AC while you were not in your room.
-
The 84 steps!
-
The staff is outstanding. They went above and beyond. Very helpful.
-
Central location, very friendly staff 5 flights of stairs and no elevator! That should be in the description!
-
A beautiful building, in the best location. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The man who greeted us at the door was wonderful the entire stay. He couldn't do enough for us. He is such a kind man

Rooms were modern, though in a very old building. I knew that there wasn’t an elevator, but I didn’t know how many flights of stairs we would have to drag up our luggage. Was also difficult to find the exact location.
