The location is great, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was good. The owner was very responsive and helpful, ready to answer any question at any time. I would also like to mention the woman next door, Antonella, who was very supportive from the beginning to the very last minute. Staying in this place was a joy. I’m very grateful for the hospitality. There is nothing I can mention that I didn’t like about this place. Maybe the only thing I would suggest is adding bottles of water inside the room.

Inside the room looked better than outside. I was shocked by how the neighborhood look like. I didn't know Naples and I did not expect such view.

It was so spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge and TV and bathroom in our room. Ceilings super high. Cute balcony. And you could definitely fit a lot of people in the room. Also we got there at like 10 pm and it was no problem Kinda weird location but the owner sends a video of how to get there.

We enjoyed every bit of it. Hidden inside an amazing old building are the modern San Lorenzo rooms. Spacious, comfy bed & cannot fault the cleanliness! We felt very secure. Note: there are stairs only to get to 2nd floor. The neighbours were super helpful with getting the keys. The location was within walking distance to via San Gregorio Armeno (street full of religious & famous sculptures) ..to the Duomo & a few steps away from eateries.

Very clean, central location, bed is comfy, Ida was nice to guide us when we can't figure out the locks and keys. The outside part is a bit scary if you go alone, but in the daylight it doesn't look as bad. The insides are a complete opposite of the outside and is perfect!

Very nice inside and very clean. The path until you get to the property is a little scary and there are a lot of stairs. It was a little bizarre but the host was very nice and responds quick. And the place was good.

Do Not stay here if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Neighbors smoke and the odor comes right into the room even with the windows closed. We couldn’t open the windows at all because the smoke was worse. I would never stay here again because of the smoke

The location is great. The self check in is very straight forward and the host can be contacted with any questions. The room is very big and beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The accommodation was very noisy at night with outside noise and people in the corridors. We also didn’t meet any staff and did not know how to avail of breakfast.

The location was perfect and the building was beautiful. On our check-in we met a lovely housekeeper named Antonella who welcomed us and helped us with our stay in Naples. She offered us some water and made sure that our room was spotless for our check in time. It had lots of stairs so travelling with big luggage was difficult.

We spent one night in this apartment and it was exactly as described. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The owner approached us via WhatsApp in advance and provided clear instructions on how to get in, which was very helpful. The room window faced an inner block balcony, making it a bit noisy at night due to the main entrance door being under the windows. The window didn't seal well, allowing smoke from people smoking outside to enter the room until late at night.

Very central location, very convenient for exploring Naples. Good Wi-Fi. Host was helpful giving instructions to find the place and how to self check-in. The room could be cleaner, there were hair found on pillows and mattress. The shower head did not have hot water, only the overhead did so it needs fixing. The room had no soundproof whatsoever, and the walls could use a renovation.
