Caravaggio Hotel

The location is good, close the Napoli Duomo and we could go on foot from Napoli Centrale. It was the fastest check-in I've wver had. The bad was not confortable and the box of the shower was too small

The noice at night coming bropably from ventilation system.

It was a great great experience for us and we really enjoyed our visit Good & heritage place to stay & near by all heritage places to visit ?...must have been made to visit such good place

The hotel is in a great location and all facilities were good but it was the staff that set the stay apart. I was only there for one night but it really made an impression

Great location and breakfast, helpful and professional staff. A step out of the hotel you’ll find the busiest street in Naples, very nice location and area.

Great staff, great location, room size and thank you to wasim and rest of reception staff for being as kind, and helpful as they were during my stay. Only issue i had with the hotel is that sound travels in the so be aware if you are a light sleeper. Also ask about the wifi connection.

Friendly staff and not to far from the stations for trips to Pompei etc.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped with restaurant recommendations and taxi service. Anna made the best coffee and took pride in providing a lovely experience for our group. Definitely recommend. Nothing. This was a great space for price and servoce

Excellent location, friendly informative staff

This is a simple, clean, perfectly decent hotel right next to the side entrance in Naples Duomo, in a pleasant square that gives some slight distance from the chaos of the surrounding alleys. The room was large and clean, the staff vaguely pleasant - Overall good value for money. There is not a huge amount of light (the window was a fanlight about 7ft up) but that is true for most buildings tightly packed into this neighbourhood.

my roots were to start .reception. Giuseppe and Wasim nickname ( zebe) are so good real pro's !!! friendly playfull .and the know al the bests deals !!! were too go .how to do it. never to much to help you out .breakfast very small .but everyday you get fresh baked picolos, croissant and marmer cake and super capucino ore cafe americano !!!! shout-out to house keeping everyday fresh towels and cleaning .location near the station and in the center of the old town eat drink shopping and very safe earia to walk late at night if I return to napoli I wil go back to the carravaggio hotel you need to look true the napolita defaults here and there I needed e day to see the Roman's in it

The staff are super lovely - particularly Wassim. The location is good but place looks much better in photos … it’s very basic. The bathroom was good and the bed nice and firm but would be depressing to spend any time in. The windows open into a nasty stairwell. The toilet next door wakes you when it flushes. There are damp spots on the walls. The whole thing is a bit dilapidated - much like Napoli. It’s not the greatest city but a good jumping off spot for Pompeii and Amalfi coast. Watch you valuables - my phone was stolen in Pompeii. Wassim - was the best part about the hotel. He’s funny, charming and helpful.
