You can’t wish for any better hosts! Great welcome, hospitality and I loved the stories they had to share. Location is definitely good: safe neighbourhood with nice places to go for a drink or food. The funicular down to the city centre is close by and so convenient. Nothing to complain about; everything was super!

We enjoyed our stay at Chez Anna in Napoli very much, and the owners truly made it special. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations, making us feel more like guests in their home than visitors. Combined with the excellent location and spotless cleanliness, this is a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend. -

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming — they made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was delicious and filling, a great start to the day. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the Vomero area, close to shops and restaurants. It was quite noisy in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. The room’s windows faced another building instead of the main street, so the view wasn’t great.

The property is in a wonderful location. I was actually looking to book a different property but it was booked for my dates. Chez Anna came up with availability for those dates. I’m glad it did, as they make you feel like family. The hosts will make sure you’re fed in the morning with sweet or savoury choices of food, and they genuinely care about their guests. Highly recommend if going to Naples. Nothing negative to share.

Fabulous location.Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice thick bath towels.Reasonably quiet. Toilet made a strange sound. Mattress too soft. No chair in the room.

Our stay was excellent! From the warm welcome at reception to the attention and care throughout our stay, everything was perfect. The staff was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Marco, who helped us with all the arrangements for transportation from the airport to the hotel, making everything smooth and easy. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Really nice bed and breakfast in an ideal location in the centre of the lively area of Vomero. The staff (Maria and her husband!) were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make the stay perfect, joining us for breakfast and giving us advice about where to eat and what to visit in Naples. Basic room, but good size and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Fantastic breakfast! Slightly expensive, but on par with other similar places in Naples
