The location is top of the top. The building is in a Art Nuovo style and is magnificent. The room was clean, you have free coffee, refrigerator in the space outside the room. Very comfortable. Just a minute away from the sea and 5 minutes from Castel del Ovo and Borgo Marinara. 20 minutes walking distance to the port. I enjoyed it very much. N/A

The transportation location is very good. I would suggest that the room should have more outlets available for charging mobile phones, as well as a trash can, so that travelers have a place to dispose of garbage. The small trash can in the bathroom is not enough. There are also no outlets in the room for charging phones. It would be better if there were an option to exchange 20 cents directly, as both the elevator up and down require 20 cents, which is inconvenient for international travelers. We had to go to five different places to exchange for 20 cents, and we couldn't even get two 10-cent coins. When we arrived, one person had to carry three large pieces of luggage, which was really burdensome, and we couldn't find any change! If this information could be provided in advance, and if there were places to exchange coins, it would definitely make it more convenient for international travelers. It would also be better to put the 20-cent coins in the box where you get the keys, as this would be more helpful for international travelers.
