very good place, good Location, quet.

No one at the desk ever. No one answered the phone. Bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Weird vibes, kind of hard to explain. Lots of LED lights, no one at front desk to check in. Staff was friendly but there was definitely a communication barrier

We only stayed here for one night and it was a great place. Staff all very helpful and a very comfortable room. Facilities all great and really comfy bed! Small criticism is that you don’t have direct access to a balcony and as the route to the balcony is shared I felt we didn’t want to curtains open to let in natural light. Not a huge issue as we didn’t spend tons of time in the room but maybe would have been an issue had we been saying longer.

Host was very pleasant and helpful. Very clean.

Extremely spacious rooms and the hotel was in a prime location - very close to the sea. The staff were also extremely helpful.

I was booked into this location but was moved last minute to the Duomo Skyhouse location instead, so this review is for the Duomo location instead. Staff were friendly and communicative, location was convenient for dinner despite not being the location I booked. The room was clean and modern. This room had maybe the worst shower I have even experienced. Three shower settings and none worked in a satisfactory way. Even the handheld had weak pressure and there was handheld only so very difficult to wash hair.

Great experience! Skyhouse Chiatamone is perfectly located to enjoy both the seafront (just around he corner) and the city centre (at walking distance). At breakfast we were provided a wide variety of delicious sweet options from the local bakeries. I learnt a lot about Napoli's culture and architecture thanks to the very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff/host who welcomed us at breakfast. The room was very comfortable and very quite at night away from the late night noise in the busy streets of Napoli I would recommend to replace some of the sweet options offered at breakfast with fruit and some savoury alternative

Great location in walking distance to restaurant, water promenade and transport to the port and historical centre. Nice shower. Breakfast staff were lovely! I had to call when I arrived as they had given me the wrong room number, the person I spoke to was rude. The front door code was changed half way through my stay but nobody told me, good I had a key as well. The internet stopped working for my last day and was never fixed despite them saying they were fixing it. Walls are thin

The location is great. The room is clean. The walls are thin and you can hear guest in another room. The staff hardly spoke english.

The rooms are very spacious. The building is old from the outside but completely renovated on the inside. The location is very close to the area that people walk by the sea, so really convenient for a nice walk. The city center is not too far away. 15-20 min. walk. Double pillows on the bed added extra comfort. Bed was comfortable A round table available was also convenient for using it as a desk for working. Many sockets available for charging laptop / phones etc We have booked "breakfast included" but we did not manage to have breakfast at the end: the reason was that breakfast is only and very strictly served after 8:00 am. This is not really compatible / convenient with business travel! Dear owner, you should really change this! May be ok if you are staying for holiday, but surely not ok if you are on a business trip. Even when we asked for an exception (so as to start breakfast at 7:30) the answer was a straight NO!!! This is not a nice way to respond to a customer, especially when this important information was not mentioned in the booking!!! This is really not acceptable! I really have never stayed in a hotel that breakfast starts so late! Despite my disappointment on the above I still rate the property 9 since all the rest were fine! The view from the room is non existent - there is a building very close on the opposite side, so do not expect any nice views!

Clean, modern Location No parking. Parking garage across the street which was expensive. The bed tax had to be paid separately and the manager had no charge so that cost more. Not super friendly!

The breakfast was to simple, just a hot drink, cereal and so much sweet bread. Could be more diversy including carbohydrates, proteins and lipids A poor attention of the staff

Location was prime. You were very close to the Lungomare which is a nice coastal bend that overseas the Mediterranean Sea. Plenty of restaurant options and great views of Mt. Vesuvius and old castles along the sea. The room had all the potential to be great. Nice high ceilings concealed bathroom and even an nice balcony. The issues were 1) The Shower didn't fully work you had to use the hose extender (even though it had the option). 2)Our balcony was a shared balcony with the other room and our door didn't fully close. That was a slight concern because technically with just a big push you can get into the room (was just our room because the adjacent room didn't have that problem).

It¿s not a hotel. It¿s equivalent to a hostel. It¿s 5 rooms, my room was clean enough but the shade fell on my head when I tried to move it. It is one floor of an apartment building. That is not a hotel. That is false advertising.

Excellent facilities. Perfect for a short weekend trip. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Shower was very powerful which is nice as sometimes in hotels the showers are not great. Toilet flush needed to be pressed a few times to make it flush. Did not find out how to use the flush until the morning ? Communication was great and simple. Location is brilliant, there are lots of great at restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful, didn’t speak much English but not an issue as still able to communicate important things. I left my bags in the reception after checkout, which is a great service. There was no changing facilities available but the staff let me change in the cleaning cupboard which was helpful before my flight as I’d been sweating all day from lots of walking. Sharing single table for breakfast with other guests was a little strange. Felt awkward. There is no mobile receptions/signal in the building but there is free WiFi which is good. No cutlery for eating in room. Would be nice to have as an option. The room did not have blackout curtains so the room was not pitch black when sleeping. Not an issue for me but if I was with my partner he would have struggled to sleep. It would be nice to have option of using toilet when collecting luggage later in the day after checkout. And also to be able to change.
