Nice small hotel in the center of the city, just on the main street, but the rooms inside are quiet. Comfortable bed, nice staff, great breakfast on the rooftop. Everything you expect from a hotel. Would go again.

1. The location of this hotel could not be better - between the port/Marina and the old tow centro storico all within a 10 minute walk. 2. Breakfast was ok..no scrambled eggs as part of the buffet However, the location and staff is it´s best advantage. 1. For a 4 star hotel, I would not expect to see plastic glasses in the toilet 2. The shower could have been bigger

Probably location was only good thing about hotel. Hotel is outdated . And when it was given 4 star hotel in booking you will assume it gonna be 4 star. But there is a big disappointment with expectation and reality . Our room was like a cage no view at all. Room size is fine but Ac didn’t work , bathroom is outdated , towels on the used to abused side . Breakfast was ok nothing special .

Our stay at this hotel was overall sufficient for the price we paid. The room met our basic needs—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were helpful and polite, which we really appreciated. Still, it’s a reasonable option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as the variety was quite limited.

The best thing was Mario, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in mapping out where we could go around the city to see the things that interested us! He helped us to use our short time in the city well! He is exactly what one looks for in a host. Also, this was one of the hotels that had nice fluffy pillows! So many of the pillows in Italy were flat hard memory foam, which hurts my head, lol. Comfortable beds. Great central location! Really nice balcony to have breakfast with nice offerings. Our room was supposed to be a suite, but it was oddly sectioned so that that little suite area was not that appealing to use and the bedroom area was small. I don't recall any door to divide the spaces either. I'd rather it was one bigger room. And there was rather loud construction while we were there, so it would not have been nice to stay in the room. But we were there only to sleep and it was quiet at night, so wasn't a problem for us. If I planned to be at the hotel in the day, I would ask about construction.

The main Receptionists, and there's a few, are all very helpful and their English is very good. Breakfast provides a reasonably good spread and the usual choice of cold meat, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Rooms are very clean and the towels provided are good. The Location is very handy for the Supermarket across the road and approximately 15 m up the street on the right. You get a mini bar to keep things cool and a Kettle, although provisions are not great, See Negative section for further details. Bedroom and Bathroom lighting is very good and the shower works fine and you even get a heated towel rail. A small key operated safe is available in the back of the wardrobe. Note paper and a pen are provided and the lift works very well. Lots of things! You only get a couple of tea bags and they may not all be the same type. No milk is provided and for saying you're in Italy, you don't get any Coffee? Two mugs are provided, but not matching in size. The large double bed you think you're going to get is just two singles and they're not even fixed together, so you could roll over and drop between the two. Quite comfy though. The pop up plug in the bathroom sink didn't work so you need to keep the tap running if you want to splash some water on your face. The bar downstairs looks good, but it's not functional. You can't access the tables on the balcony after Breakfast has finished so don't plan to sit outside in the sun with a glass of something nice. Wardrobe unit is at best cheap quality but you do get hangers. The A/C is good, but you can't turn it off. The TV is a bit small for a '4 star' Hotel and you don't have any English speaking channels. To complete the not liked bits, the decor is terrible and suited more to a military barracks,

Location ok for port, hop on hop off bus terminal and metro stations. Staff were extremely helpful with all aspects of this holiday. Special mention to Sharma on the front desk for trying to help us out locating a specific shop where we could buy some pottery we wanted and going the extra mile all of the time. Also Evalina for the breakfast provided which was continental buffet style. Evalina opened the restaurant 30 minutes early on a day we had booked a trip. Evalina was sensitive to our needs. There were several restaurants close by with recommendations from the staff where to eat. Rooms were cleaned every day without bothering us, possibly slightly overzealous changing all of the towels everyday. Not too much of a criticism as it could be a negative or positive but the main shopping was a little way away. The road outside was really busy but you couldn’t tell that till you went outside, it was really peaceful inside the hotel.

Loved the location - short taxi ride from main station and a tube station next door - 2 stops to central. Friendly staff, especially the lady serving breakfast. Typical Italian breakfast - delicious! Some great restaurants close by - the one across the road was excellent - great atmosphere with all the staff yelling when the Naples team scored in their serie A game - loved it. Leaving
