The lady that was there during the morning was very friendly and helpful. The room is very small, belonging to what appears to be an apartment with other rooms. The location is central, but with a high level of noise all night long. Lack of privacy due to the proximity of other rooms sharing a common hall and corridor. Breakfast is in a common table with all other guests and it is weak.

The location was ideal. Under a 10 min walk to port and hop on hop off tour. 5 keys were required for the property. One for the front door of the building, one for the elevator, one for the floor, one for the room and one for the lights. We had a problem with the elevator key and had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The staff came by early evening to bring us a new key

The location is perfect for us. It is near the Airport bus station, near the Porto und the Opera house :), as well as near the Old town. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would put an electrical kettle in every room.

Everything was perfect. I was unable to get an internet connection to get the code, but the niece of the owner was there to rescue me and get me to the right place. The staff was incredible my mornings were greeted with a friendly smile a beautiful breakfast and a great cappuccino. I couldn't have imagined a better stay. On my last morning, the owner learned I needed a taxi to go about 45 minutes and it would cost 70 euros he did not want me to pay that so he drove me himself for free and we took a little detour for him to take me to Upper Naples. What a view!

Clean and breakfast was a nice bonus especially since we were traveling home that morning to the US. The check in process was very complicated and confusing. Thankfully, as were we trying to figure the lock box, someone in the building helped us get our keys. There are so many keys- not sure why it has to be this complicated.

Mima doesn't like Napoli.

Special thanks to the hosts Nuncia & Franceska who are excellent and besides the language barrier were extremely helpful. Location was excellent, few minutes walk to the port/castle area and 10-15 minutes walk to Toledo str. Metro is also nearby. The breakfast served was basic but very good: fresh croissants, freshly made coffee, fruits, and yoghurt. Was enough to start off the day. Nothing negative to say, i would recommend perhaps just adding some eggs to breakfast.

The place is located near the metro station, which is very close to many other touristic attractions as well as supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast was simple (bread, coffee, jam, yogurt, and apple) but it was just ok. The host prepared a panettone for Christmas morning. When checking-in, the host showed me how to use key systems and there was no problem during my stay. It is also noticeable that the bathroom is equipped with a radiator that can be useful for drying towels or small laundries. Few more hanger would be needed in the closet.

Very beautiful room and excellent breakfast I had a lot of trouble with my room key

The property is very comfortably arranged, very clean and our room was quiet. Nunzia was very kind and helpful and baked fresh croissants and made delicious coffee for breakfast. The manager of the property allowed us a late checkout (with no additional cost), which was very helpful for our journey. We plan another visit to Naples in October next year and will definitely book Borgo Angioino again ??❤️❤️❤️. Not to forget the very convenient location, next the bus stop of the airport bus, near the Sea Port, near the opera house and the old city. Everything all right! ?
