Great location close to train station and within reasonable walking distances to historic centre. Plentiful and delicious breakfast. Very clean room. Nothing

Rooms tho dated were quite clean (except for the shower (the doors were broken and it looked like the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, visible mildew)) Breakfast was very good - fresh hot croissants were really good Shower was broken, doors did not close, the hotel advertised a bar but the bar was never open Bed was a cheaper memory foam mattress

It’s near the train station which is good, it’s price is ok for what it is The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy, a bit old. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The breakfast was bad.

Great location and decent selection of food at breakfast. Room adequate. Breakfast room a little small and slow to get tea/coffee from machine. No tea/coffee making facilities in room

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They spoke English well too. There was a group of teens staying during my time there. They played soccer in the hallways until 1 a.m and it was extremely loud and disrespectful. The front desk was notified and I was told the teachers of the teens were notified. about the disruption and apparently nothing else was done. A/C also didn’t work.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us , just around the corner from the bus and train station , a short 3 minute walk . There’s lots of lovely places to get a bite to eat near the hotel, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was great, a good choice of food . Overall very happy with our 2 night stay .

Staff friendly and informative, close to train station and other amenities. I find it standard so it’s funny but shower stalls must have been designed by a extra skinny person in Italy. It’s a challenge but beatable. ? Wi-Fi did not work in dining room

Location is good to get to center to catch train in Napoli Centrale. I got insects (bed bugs). This is worst thing I have ever met in hotels. Terrible experience
