Bell's

The location is great. On the side of Via Toledo very close to the metro. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfort. Even though all the communication (including check-in and checkout) was done through WhatsApp when we had an issue with hot water they arrived shortly to fix it. There are free snacks, cookies, coffee and tea.

They do not allow late check out as a blanket policy due to a bad experience with previous guest. The cushion is a little beat up. It was not comfortable.

Great location, safe area, close to Metro. Walking distance to many historical sites including the magnificent San Carlo Opera house. Many restaurants close by.

Great balcony This is a room in an apartment. Room number 2 was with shared balcony, it wasn't a problem but it's something you need to know. Last night the room next to as make a lot of noise but after we asked the landlord to ask them to be quiet, they stopped . But you need to know that the walls are thin.

The accomodation was nice, with balcony, close to everything, tube, center, harber, shops, restaurants... The owner was very kind, always helpful and in touch. The cleaning service every day also perfect, free coffee, tea, biscuits..

I loved the location. Great spot to discover the city, right in the center. Host was very friendly; nice balcony... I would return to this place immediately. Highly recommended...

Centrally located off Naples very busy Main Street, Via Toledo. Close to the Toledo Metro station. We presented, clean and safe the accommodation was perfect for us exploring the city, Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Great communication from the owner via Whatsapp throughout and a lovely touch with the coffee and snacks in the reception hall. An abundance of amazing places to eat all around you

Breakfast was not included but we were always supplied with small cakes, croissants, coffee and tea in the common areas. none, although there was no physical reception to make up for it they were always a message away and always responded within minutes anytime of the day

Great room very central Nothing

This is an excellent choice for a visit to Naples. Perfect, easy to find location just off via Toledo which is within walking distance of many sites, shops, and restaurants as well as the Metro station. The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean with coffee,tea and snacks available all day. But the best part was the communication and customer service. We had some trouble with the air conditioning and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Bell’s. For us the location was better than 10/10, safe, secure entrance, fabulous, just off of Via Toledo, and within walking distance of most things. The room is fabulous, everything you need and a lovely little balcony. We were able to leave our bags arriving and leaving which was so helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending Bell’s. The owner send so much useful information and was so very helpful. Napoli is a fabulous city we look forward to coming back ??. Nothing. It is perfetto!!

Was in a good location, apart from that nothing special. The property is advertised as having AC, you should be aware it doesn’t have working AC. I informed the owner and she did not fix the air conditioning in the middle of 35C heat. In fact she blamed me for the problem and tried to gaslight me by saying it was working when it clearly was not. After one night I could not sleep properly and had to leave for another hotel. I gave the owner one last chance to fix the problem and the owner screamed at me on the phone and told me I was asking for too much help, I was stupid and similar hotels cost 500 euros in that area of Naples. I have alerted Bookings.com. and asked for a refund but due to policy they need to receive approval from the owner. The owner lied and said it was working and did not give approval for my refund, not a classy move. I would recommend anyone to spend a bit extra to avoid this problem and place as it is not delivered as advertised. Further, the 9.5 rating appears to be rigged, there are multiple reviews that are duplicate and appear to be from fake accounts. Another guest has also alerted this and indicated the owner deletes reviews if they are negative to maintain a fraudulently high rating. I don’t understand why this property is allowed to stay on the platform if this is the case…
