Maybe a better way to get all the instructions for entry, but nonetheless they were very clear.

Federica is very nice and always gives us an answer and advice for places to go and eat .

What I liked the most was Alex’s attention. He was truly spectacular, treating us as if we were part of his family. He was always attentive, especially in the mornings, with kindness and dedication that made a real difference in our stay. I would also like to highlight Federica, whose clear guidance and help with the transportation to the airport made everything much easier.

Excellent! I had no idea where I was going, my cruise arrived late and Federica was soo helpful and helped me get a driver/ van, directions were on point for check in. Lengthly but it’s literally all you need. Alex, housekeeper at the flat was soo helpful and respectful as well. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Federica even suggested a great restaurant to eat at. Everything was very clean, we felt very safe and rooms were spacious.

The room was spacious and located in a central, safe area, which made it convenient for getting around. It’s important to note that this stay is in someone’s apartment, where the rooms have been converted into a B&B-style setup. The biggest downside was that the bathroom was not in the suite itself but located outside the room. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 meter, 1 step, or even 1 cm away—nothing compares to the convenience of having an en-suite bathroom. This was something we overlooked when booking, and had we realized this detail, we likely would have chosen a some place else instead. The bathroom was not only outside the room but also extremely hot—I couldn’t even stand in there for 10 minutes to do my makeup without sweating profusely. Additionally the heat caused a lot of condensation on the water tank above the toilet resulting in us getting constantly splashed by water if/when using the toilet. This made it difficult to feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, while the host was helpful, the communication via WhatsApp was excessive and overwhelming. At one point, I opened my phone to find 57 notifications with information that was already included in the booking, such as reminders that the room would have towels and soap, it felt redundant and a bit much. Adding to the discomfort, other guests staying at the property were extremely loud, shouting and slamming doors from as early as 5 a.m. Overall, the atmosphere felt more like a hostel than a B&B. Thankfully, we were only there for two nights; if our stay had been any longer, we definitely would have cancelled and moved elsewhere.

Our host, Federica, was absolutely amazing! From the time we booked and through our stay she was there for any and all questions we had. We never actually met her in person, but I appreciated what a responsive and attentive host she was. The room is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a very safe neighborhood. It felt luxurious and the view is gorgeous. The bathroom is not in the room, but don't let that dissuade you from booking this room. It is literally right out the door and it is only for your use. It is like walking into a spa. There is a bidet, a beautiful shower with as much hot water as you want, all the amenities, and soft and fluffy towels. Federica's instructions to get into the building were very clear and easy to follow. Federica even arranged a ride to the airport for us (at 4 am!) and our driver was so very kind. Federica is a super host and I would give her and her beautiful space as many stars as possible! I can't think of anything. But I sure wish we could have stayed longer!

Shower was a bit small, I’m 180 cm, 80 kg and anyone larger than me wiuld struggle.

Stunning view! ? The neighborhood felt very safe. The room had everything we needed — including coffee, tea, snacks, and water. Everything was neat and clean. We were given clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and check in, which made the whole process very smooth. We were also really happy we chose the airport transfer — it was totally worth it! A special thank you to Federica — she was always available and gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations!

Very nice, clean room with private bathroom and perfect view from the balcony. There were a coffee, water and snacks in our room. We were welcomed warmly by Federica with coffee, biscuits and nice chat. The host was very helpful for us, we had an accident and she cared much about us. She helped with the medical solution, finding taxi, even we could stay longer. Thanks a lot! It was pleasure for us and will come back.

The sea view on the terrance is pretty good. Service is also ok, the host and housekeeper are both kind and enthusiastic. Location is good. Room is too cold, there is no noise prevention.

Very comfortable and great location. Excellent communication with the owner and nice touch with everything you need in a room for a short stay. This is a great location to stay in one of the most high-end areas of Naples with lovely bars and restaurants nearby and amazing (though some very expensive) shops.

Owner was very helpful. Gave lots of information about the area. The caretaker Alex was very sweet as well. Great location to trains and restaurants. Bathroom shower was too small.
