We have been there twice. The staff was very nice. The hotel is situated in the center of Naples, close to the main tourist attractions and the main railway station. I strongly recommend this place!!!

Nothing about this property was good! The staff and the hotel as a whole was trash! Everything this place was dirty, staff didn’t care that our A/C didn’t work even though they said it was fixed.

Staff is super nice, they helped us with everything we needed. Room was clean and good value for money. Location of the hotel is in the centre. Although the street looks a bit shady, it is located 20m from the main street, so we felt safe. Aircondition and wifi work well. Breakfast is not good, but you get what you pay for.

The location is perfect to discover the city and the region, too. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The air conditioner capacity was a bit weak.

Very close to Central Station with lots of shops close by. Room was very spacious and clean. although the air con didn’t work, we were provided with a fan which was just as good.

Near the train station. you can hear the noise from the corridor when someone walk.

Location to the train station is great, but that is about all it has going for it. Breakfast ran out so can’t comment on that. The shower was no more than a trickle and the bathroom was dirty. Customer service was awful - I was accused of losing a key that I wasn’t given and then subsequent shouted at by a very rude staff member, who refused to give us our bags until we paid 20 euro for the ‘mystery key’, felt like a scam.

the staff was friendly. 24 hour reception. The room was hot. The air condition did not work properly. The window opens into technical area with air condition units and is facing the wall. There is a smell of smoke in the room and I found dirty ear sticks at the bedside table. :(

The room was bad, air condition was poor and i paid for breakfast but got nothing, the staff could not address someone well. Everything about the hotel was bad, room, bed, staff, aircondition all bad.

There was one exceptional receptionist, who spoke really good English and was always helpful. Also the cleaning ladies were amazing, I have never had service like this and everytime I met them, they were smiling and nice. The room itself was very clean, nice and I can only regret not spending much time in there because I was obviously exploring Naples. Some of the receptionists didn't speak English which was okay until I needed to leave early in the morning (at 3 AM) and because of the strike of the taxi drivers he couldn't help me get into airport which led me to walking to the airport. But it wasn't that far away (4,5 km), just didn't feel so safe at 3 AM alone. But I was pretty happy with everything to be fair.
