Excellent rooms. All was in perfect condition. Humble but great! A little electric kettle in the room would have been great.

Great location Very small room
-
No water kettle very inconvenience to beg for a glass of hot water . shower faucet an leaking very loud in the street

Towels were changed and the room was cleaned. We had to wait to get the room even though we arrived after 4:00 PM. It wasn't nice.

great location [ 200 m away from train station ] , supermarket 2 minutes away , good food everywhere extremely helpfull staff , no problems for me. Maybe if you want something more romantic not a great choice. , but as i said this hotel is a good choice. maybe the noise from other rooms....but nothing to worry about

The helping staff, the gentlemen that keep the reception at night and the two gentlemen that took over in the morning. It’s also very close the central train station The streets down the hotel are dirty, dangerous at night, the bed is short for someone like me who is 178cm, the room had a very strong smell of a cleaning product, the sheets are not very clean. I can tolerate a lot of this for a night stay but value for money is not good at all

Decent value, very helpful staff, location is functional near the main station It's okay in comfort, pretty basic facilities and the area around the hotel isn't safe at night (but guess you can say that for much of the area near Napoli station)

Very clean, super comfy beds, a/c…little balcony. Decent price. Very nice staff. Shower is incredibly small. You can’t bend over to wash your feet without opening the shower surround. The area immediately to the right of the hotel appears to be a pop up clothing market. Lots of trash, chaos…the morning we left there was utter disaster in the streets from the market the day before. Heaps of clothing, beer bottles, torn up boxes….like a dumpster had turned over…and the smell!!! You will likely be fine, (as we were) but had a bit of an uneasy feeling two women at night walking to return to the hotel.

The staff were amazing Location

Property is in middle of the town with crowded area where parking is the biggest issue. Somehow hotel manager managed to get one parking for me. Appreciated his efforts. thanks :-) Breakfast with very limited options.

The location is great- easily to be reached from the Railway station! Very helpful staff!!! Very clean- nice pillows, a terrace, AC- actually everything you might need!!! Will surely go there again! None

I was concerned about the location of the hotel as I approached, it's in a little lane that looks a bit grotty but it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are wonderful and take a real interest in making sure the stay is comfortable and you have all the information you need. Breakfast is basic but good and the guy looking after breakfast is super friendly and has a good memory. Very close to the main train station (bit tricky working out how to find it as there are a number of streets that feed off the junction. A bit noisy early in the evening but is quiet through the night.

Turning the key in at the front desk every time you leave the building

The hotel was close to the train station. The staff was always ready to help and really friendly. There was hair on the blanket, and the window didn't close well, so we could hear everything from outside. The bed was also pretty small.

Location. It's 4 minutes by foot from the Naples Central train station. More or less, it was clean. They changed the towels every day. However, I didn't like when a cleaning staff touched my underwear I left on the bed. The walls are too thin, I heard every word, tv or sex noise from the rooms next to mine. Maybe, for one night, it could be ok. But I stayed there for 4. It made me crazy. Nobody informed me that I had the breakfast included in the price of the room. Neither about time and the place of the cafeteria. However, one of the receptionists was too much 'friendly' (if I could use this word), offered his supplémentaire 'service', and mentioned my beauty. Too much.
