We chose the property because of views, location and recommendations and couldn’t have been a better choice. The views from our room and the whole hotel were just like the movies.. well worth the price. Giuseppe from reception was amazing as well as all the rest of the reception and baggage staff. Nothing really

    Location and views Nothing

The location is wonderful right on the waterfront promenade and near several nice restaurants - a couple of these where the prices were not 'adjusted' for tourists. It is a nice but long walk to other nearby attractions in the city; taxis are readily available, a block away. Room was a nice size and had comfortable chairs and a writing desk. We spent several days with the city view room but could still see Vesuvius from the balcony. Front desk staff friendly and efficient as were the bellmen. The housekeeping was hit and miss. They made up the room sometimes very late in the day and other times early. It took a special call to get the shampoo container refilled in the room. Everything else was great!

The staff - exceptional service, from the moment we arrived to the time we checkout out. This hotel has for me a 5 star rating. The Reception Staff - excellent 10/10 The Breakfast/Restaurant Staff - excellent 10/10 The Porters - excellent 10/10 The Chambermaid - excellent 10/10 Nothing - the hotel is located in the best part of lungomare.

    Location, sea view. Nothing

The location was perfect, being at the end of the row of hotels, it had the best view. The room we had was huge and pure luxury. The view from our room and our adult daughters' room was breathtaking. The terrace was large and private. The bed was the best we slept on while we were away. We were there for just one night, on our final night of a two-week tour of Italy before we flew out of Naples in the morning. It was a great location for getting to the airport and topping off our trip in a luxurious and memorable location. We also really enjoyed walking along the main strip by the sea at night. There are a ton of restaurants and just people out walking around enjoying the view and the weather on a Saturday night. We found it difficult to find the hotel. Directions could have been made much clearer. It was very difficult to find where to pull up. The front entrance is not obvious, and we didn't know it was the very last building on the road. That would have made it much easier. We ended up driving in a circle at first. When we called the hotel for help, they really couldn't direct us, although they were very nice. When we got there, the doorman and the staff in the lobby were fabulous. We arrived around 4 pm and hadn't eaten, so we went to the rooftop bar where they were still serving a small menu. It was hard to get service. We had to ask if they were serving, and then we continued to wait for a long time for someone to come. The same with the check. The drinks were good, but the food was mediocre at best. There was also a very loud hotel guest repeatedly swearing, and the staff never intervened. I thought breakfast was included in our reservation, especially at the price level of the hotel, but it wasn't. The eggs, sausage, and bacon were not good, but the pastries were, and so was the coffee. For the selection and quality, it was highly overpriced for the experience. You don't stay at this location based on price, but then you expect to get certain things for what you are paying, with service, quality, and amenities. Our previous luxury hotel included a fantastic breakfast, and its level of service was spectacular. All that being said, the rooms, the view, the bellman, and the lobby staff made it the perfect place to be for one last night of a very memorable trip.

Roof terrace bar and restaurant were top notch! Service and staff great! Excellent Breakfast in beautiful salon with views to Vesuvius’s! Room was spacious and bed good to sleep on. Bedroom was really quiet! Everything was just perfect! Nothing to complain about.

The grand lady, could not ask for a better place to stay in Naples, elegance at every turn. Nothing at all, it’s perfect.

We had two rooms reserved. The first room was for a single traveler and it seemed to be the same size as most European rooms. The send room had two travelers and was a corner room and was extremely big. We requested an early check in that was confirmed with an email before our arrival. We were told that the people left late and they still needed to clean the room. For an hour they had me keep checking back. The last time I was told a few more short minutes. I sat in the lobby across from the registration desk for another half an hour. After I saw the gentleman who was helping me leave for a break I went up and checked and the room was ready. It felt like I was very much being ignored, even though we had an agreed upon time for check in and they were two hours late.

The hotel was palatial and one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were opulent and spacious as well. The location along the Naples waterfront was exciting and within walking distance of the port, museums, piazzas, Mergellina, Galleria Umberto, the Teatro, Spanish Quarter, and much more. The staff was attentive and very helpful and the roof deck was a spectacular way to finish off the evening.

A nice property near the water with great views of Mt Vesuvius. Walking distance to quality restaurants made for a great stay, and a walk back from the Ferry building wasn’t very long.
