Very beautiful room with a large bathroom, nice shower. The room was spacious enough, tastefully furnished. I liked the breakfast delivered by cart. Steep narrow steps to get to the apartment, a little precarious with a suitcase. I almost tripped a few times. But it is an old building. At least the steps are not too tall.

The ladies were patiently waiting for me to arrive from Siena ! I arrived very late at night, one hour after midnight, due to traffic. They didn't complain, greeted me with smiles and sweetness. They were very polite, showed me the room and asked me when I wanted my breakfast to be served. Yes, they bring the breakfast in your room on a wheeled tray ! The room was amazingly decorated, the bed very very comfortable, the bathroom just amazing: first time I see floor tiles that are identical to the wall tiles (looked like a harem's hammam). The location is great, safe neighborhood, you can find parking on the street with some effort. When they are done with the seaside construction maybe more parking will be available on the street. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you !

The bed and breakfast is in a nice location, very close to the waterfront. The host made sure that we had what we needed. He was very responsive. They helped us carry our luggage up/down the stairs.

Everything was perfect except for steps. The steps were quite steep, but the owner nicely carried our luggages.

The location and amenities were great, the only issue is the apartment/rooms are on a second-floor walk-up with no elevator. The location is hard to find and it can look a bit rough on the outside, however, once inside the accommodations are clean and spacious. The host is attentive and nice.

Everything was great.. Very clean and good atmosphere, breakfast in the room. The car can be parked nearby or 100 meters away. in a secure parking lot. Good location (near both historical values ​​and great restaurants, pizzerias and the sea coast. I recommend it.

We had delicious breakfast every morning with the one of the best coffee I’ve ever tried. The room was so clean, we had cute italian balcony, and everyday cleaning just made our stay even better! Thank you so much for your hospitality? Everything was so good!

I had a very comfortable stay as a solo traveler. Everything I could need was already thought out. And they are very eager to help with anything else necessary. I had no idea but apparently Italy predominantly uses a sort of plug that did not accommodate my laptop charger. I was prepared to go hunt for an adapter the next morning and I was so pleasantly surprised to find an adapter and an extension cable on the breakfast tray the next morning, without even having to ask for it. If I do have to mention anything, it would be the sweet foods for breakfast. I gather that typical Italian breakfast is sweet, and indeed I was served a rich breakfast but only sweet foods. Also good to know: the breakfast is served to your room on a trolley with wheels, so you eat in your room and there is no common area in the establishment to eat or hang out. For me that was perfectly fine but I can imagine the space getting tight if I was staying with someone.

Good location by the port. The room was comfortable and lovely breakfast. A little tricky to find as no reception and you have to supply your arrival time quite in advance which is fine if you know when you are arriving, but if not if you want more flexibility

great location, lovely staff and nice room with good size bathroom. no communication prior to arrival so found getting into the property etc quite difficult.

The location was perfect, very clean and comfy bed. The breakfast was okay but very basic and the balcony was very small.
