Domus Studio 25 Bed & Breakfast

I didn’t have time for the breakfast. I liked the host, she was wonderful! In the shower no where to put your soap, shampoo etc.

We were given a spacious king bedroom with a cute balcony with a table and two chairs. The room was well appointed and spotless. Modern elevator for transporting luggage. The best part was the host who is a character. She epitomizes napolitan warmth. She was so eager to be helpful and make our trip enjoyable. She practically planned our entire two day trip with us on a map. Thank you Gabriella. Nothing much really. A larger tv screen perhaps?

My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Gabriella was warm and kind and went out of her way to make my stay a pleasure. One small thing: The entrance is not marked because the inn is just one apartment in a larger building. But Gabriella explained that and I had no trouble finding it.

Gabriella was super nice and accommodating. She gave us wonderful ideas for food and things to do. Our room was beautiful. Communication through What’s App wasn’t the best, had to send several messages before getting an answer. If you take the stairs to get to or from the B&B, they are extremely dark, I almost missed a step because it was that dark. It is also creepy with no lights. Our bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling down a hill to the middle of the bed.

Gabriella was absolutely wonderful, a superlative host who manages an impeccable property.

The bed and breakfast is located in an impressive old Neapolitan palazzo in the heart of bella Napoli. Many of the city’s main attractions are easy to reach from here, and there are plenty of amazing restaurants just around the corner. Despite its central location, it’s tucked away from the main tourist buzz, giving it a wonderfully authentic atmosphere. The host, Gabriella, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She took the time to make me feel at home, answered all my questions, and shared excellent recommendations for restaurants and pastry shops offering the best local delicacies. From the first moment to the (sadly) last, I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the real Naples. I would definitely love to come back. Many thanks to the owners for making this wonderful stay possible! That I could not stay longer ;)

The room was very clean and our host Gabriella was amazing! She was incredibly helpful in recommending where to go and assisting us in getting to our ferry. It was the perfect location for my friend and I to explore Naples. There were so many restaurants, shops and bars nearby. If I ever come back, I will stay here again.

Our experience at Domus Studio 25 was truly phenomenal. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed that allowed us to rest well after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic: right in the heart of Naples’ historic center, making it easy to reach all the main attractions and the metro, yet situated on a quieter side street, away from the crowds and noise of the main roads. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast service, which is offered at a nearby café just a short walk from the B&B. What impressed us the most, however, was the warm and exceptional hospitality of Gabriella. She welcomed us with genuine kindness, clearly explained everything about the room, and introduced us to Naples with passion and care. She took the time to describe the city’s main sights in detail, sharing interesting stories and anecdotes, and suggesting the best routes and stops to make the most of our visit. Her love for Naples is truly contagious and greatly enriched our experience of the city. On top of that, she kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and offered to store our backpacks after check-out, so we could continue exploring Naples freely while waiting for our train. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more enjoyable. There is no doubt that meeting Gabriella made our stay special, and we would not hesitate to return here on future visits to Naples.

Proximity to the Main shopping areas was GREAT! Clean and comfortable room. Refreshments were provided on arrival (host made an espresso), plus light breakfast selection. My host Gabriella was EXCEPTIONAL! Sweet, knowledgeable and went out of her way to let me know I could count on her for anything! Nothing.

The location was fantastic! Right in the historic centre, near bars and restaurants. The 1775 building was very interesting, with its giant doors and very high ceilings. Our host was phenomenal, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I wish the large entrance doors were not covered with graffiti, but every thing in the neighborhood is.

Big place right in the city center. Great host. She was able to reserve a taxi for us too. Overall super helpful and great spot in Naples! No issues!

Room was fine, clean and good bed. Hostess Gabriella was wonderful. Very helpful and welcoming. General area was dirty and rundown. Entryway of building was rather sketchy and stairs were frightening. Although elevator was fine to access second floor.

Clean and modern. Amazing location, close to lively streets. Host was also incredibly kind and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find, because our driver dropped us off a few blocks away.
