It is located in an old area of Napoli. The personnel was not available. The so call breakfast was extremely limited and the service non existent. Towels were not removed or changed in three days.

It was in the middle of every thing easy to get around The breakfasts weren’t as expected or portrayed! We were asked what we wanted the next day and that’s what we got, no extras, no fruit, no tea or coffee to be had, just the one. One croissant, on ham and cheese toasted sandwich. We the spread showed in the advertising I expected a bit more. I had to ask for water, everything was under lock in the managers apartment.

Location was ideal, walking distance to metro and historic region No lift but currently there was a bit of construction mess going on inside the main door for lift installation.

Centrally located, close to all the places you would like to see. Nice comfortable spacious room.

A good location for the historic centre and the Archaeological museum also an easy walk from the railway station.

Perfect location, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful owner - fresh breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.

The price was reasonable. The property had a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. The beds were comfortable The toilet and bathroom did not have a lock. For a room with up to 4 occupants, you need a lock in the bathroom. It's not expensive to fit a lock. The window sound insulation is very poor. The main road outside was very noisy. Ask for a room that's not having the road

Great location, really big room, hot shower and water pressure spot on. Lovely coffee shop just outside. No need to use public transport.Close to the touristic part of Neapol. Not much to choose from breakfast, but can go outside- lovely small bakeries and coffee shops everywhere.

The owners are very welcoming. Breakfast offers coffee and very nice pastries directly from the bakery. The room and bathroom are very basic, but very clean. Air co in the room. Good location at walking distance from both the station and the archeological museum. Good price/quality ratio. Not the owners fault, but the rooms that face the street are terribly noisy.

It’s located very close to the city center, in a great area with lots of options. Also near a train station were you can catch the train directly to Pompei. The host is super friendly and helpful. The mattress was a bit soft, and it gave me a bit of a backache (because of a previous lesion of mine, not much to do with the place). Beware if you have any issues with your spine like me.

Brilliant host, very helpful. Extremely clean facility and brilliant location right next to historic centre, and easy to get to all other attractions.

Room was very clean, the woman who served us breakfast was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, the breakfast is italian: only sweets. It was a little bit off the city centre, it's a 20 minutes walk. Unfortunately, the room is at a very busy road, so we could hear the street traffic that kept us awake and also the walls are VERY thin, so we could here the guests in the next door room as if they were in our room. If you want a good nights sleep, this could be difficult.
