There is one exceptional advantage of this studio - the perfect location for visiting the very great Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. It's like you are living in the museum :) Nice eating places all around.

Staff and the location. Beds could be better
-
The layout of the room , super spacious and comfy bed , good aircon Wrong wifi password displayed for the property, broken kettle
-
Great located (close to the centro storico & metro stations) + really helpfull staff & nice rooms

The location is superb. Close to the busy nightlife and major sites, like the National Archeological Museum. The room was clean. The window to the courtyard could be opened. Communication went online and well. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The window blinds were broken, and the anti-insect net was damaged. Without having mobile internet check in would be problematic.

The location, if you want to be at the beating heart of the city like me. If you want the least grittiness or silence stay away 1) You have to pay to use the elevator! No matter what the reasoning is, when you pay 80€ per night and it is on the 4th floor they have to give us a free pass, or find another solution. 2) It could be cleaner. The window sill / still had a ton of dust. I tried to sit there and my back changed colour. There were marks on the decorative cushions! (Looked like jizz...) At least the sheets and towels seemed clean. 3) There is only one set of keys. And what if we want to come back at a different time? Should we wake up our friend and ask him to climb 4 floors? 4) The noise! Napoli is a chaotic mess where people honk their horns as a statement that they exist. Even if one romanticises that, or even if you sleep late like me, waking up at 4 from the horns is a vacation killer. The windows are old, wooden, single glazed that don't even seal properly because the lock holes are not aligned! Like come on, 5 days rent and you fix it. 5) The mattress is bad.

There was no breakfast and no kitchen facilities normally no-one to check in the guests outside of set times, which was not clear at time of booking. We were fortunate to gain access after a late arriving flight as this would not normally be possible, had I known this I would have chosen a different location.

Good size of the room, quiet location , great communication , easy check in The location of the property is a bit misleading and up very steep hill

It’s well located, and is a very successful conversation of a large flat. The bathroom in particular is very pleasing. No fridge. There was a review which hinted at a pool and balcony. But the review was not for this property. Pictures hinted at the building being grand & pink, but this is not the building (which is neither).

The property was located in the art district, which reflected in the design and decor, close to the museo of archaeology, and across from the metro direct to garibaldi station. Everyone was really helpful, and made our stay really pleasant, great communication with noimi our host.

Rooms are clean, nice balcony. Swimming pool was a nice bonus (kid was very happy!). Friendly and helpful stuff

nothing that I can remember. Perhaps location - Its a veeeeery modest and noisy place. noise come not only from streets and bars close to the property but also from rooms inside. walls are very thin so every conversation , every door closing will impact your sleep quality. when the host is working on the property, noise becomes even worse as she speaks very loudly. Also, bath room is small and always leaking water. After the shower, you need to empty the pool in the whole bathroom.
