The host was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in much earlier than most of the properties would have. The breakfast experience, although a little confusing was worth it. Considering the city altogether is trash, the location was pretty good in itself. The bathroom was not very clean - there was a constant smell of sewage in it as well as the shower floor appeared to be sticky and not really clean. The bed cover had some mysterious stains…

Great property, brilliant location, very clean and great communications with the host, however the constant noise from traffic throughout the night made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

The host was super nice and flexible, the room was comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the room. The property is near to the historical centre, good food options nearby. Little bit noisy at night but not so annoying

Emilia from the reception was exceptional providing some local recommendations...thank you very much The location is really nice....we did most of the tourism by walking Breakfast choices should be revised to be able to have more options We should have slippers in the room and water boiler to make some tea at night for example

The location was great, close to the center and many of the most interesting sights. The room was cleaned every day and breakfast was always delivered on time. The people were very polite, welcoming and friendly. The stay was extremely pleasant.

The girl from reception was really nice and she helped us with everything we needed. It was clean, the breakfast was brought in the room which was nice. Some of the rooms with king bed have 2 smaller mattresses, not a big one which was uncomfortable. Also some slippers would be helpful because the floor is cold in autumn/winter.

Amazing hotel with everything you need. We got a free upgrade to room with jacuzzi tub. Also, reception was nice and helpful. Everything was clean and cozy. You can choose what you want for breakfast the day before and they bring that to your room. Location is perfect, a short walk from the city center, surrounded by plenty of places to buy groceries, eat or drink something. When we’re back to Naples we’ll come again to this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Liked how clean it was and the locality to Napoli centrale. Good communication between owner and us. Lovely breakfast. The steam room wasn’t very hot. Initially only had a kettle, no mugs or coffee. Mentioned to owner and next day got cups and chamomile tea(coffee would’ve been nice)

The staff were excellent during our WhatsApp chat, I dealt with Francesca who was polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was of a good size and very clean throughout, I didn't get to use the jacuzzi as my girlfriend was unable to join me due to work commitments before I flew out of Naples. The location was pretty good overall being a 15/20 minutes walk from the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and places to explore within a short walk. The only negative factor was that the top window did not close correctly which meant that throughout the night you could still hear the very noisy and active Naples city life. I have no issues with cities and the vibrancy of cool cities, it would just be beneficial to be able to close the window correctly so you can sleep.

Fantastic localization, you can easily see the most important sightseeing places in Naples in 1 day, without a need for public transport. The bath with hydromassage is also amazing. Whole place constantly smells with chloride, yet its not really clean. I got home with many bedbug bites. I wouldn't reccomend this place.

Francesca was very helpful. Room comfortable. Breakfast is served in room was good too, by choosing 2 drinks and 2 things to eat from a list for each person. Nearby daily needs: groceries/stores, bakery, cafeterias and pasticerias, restaurants and pizzerias, clothing shops, ect. In city centre, main places of intetest in walking distance. Also 25 minutes to Garibaldi Central Train Station. From there is Ali Bus to airport €5 pp. The common entrance of the block need a cleaning and some upgrade.
