I loved this place. The dove products they provide was a small extra that I really appreciated even providing laundry detergent. This place was clean and the staff was super helpful. Easy 10/10 experience.

Had one of our worst vacation experiences on this stay. We arrived Thursday to the property approximately 30 minutes before check in time. While waiting for our room # we were informed that the resort had been overbooked and we had to be moved to a completely different hotel down the road that was absolutely not up to par with what we had booked or expected. The staff allowed us to had access to the pool and other amenities but offered no kind of money back or anything which we felt was owed since we booked a villa and had to be moved to a resort that was 30-50 years old and a standard hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this resort because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what we did.

I absolutely loved it!! Very accommodating and welcoming. It was my first stay and I will definitely stay again. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacay!

Room sizes. Pool time, beach access could be from the pool even when pool is closed, should have more health foods options, food and drink prices should be be cheaper, breakfast could open earlier or could have 24h options, everything close 10pm nothing to do after that, could have more funny attractions specially in raining time.

Check-in was easy. The size of the room was good. Washer and dryer in the room. There was no cleaning service at all. I requested some cleaning products which took two days to receive. I have severe allergies every time I was in the room. It was very difficult to breathe as they didn’t dust very well in there. Did not offer any water in the room.

Hotel was great. Pool and beach access were awesome. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing to be aware of is they will push rental property. We just said no but they did ask multiple times.

The property continues to be well maintained. However, the hotel beed to pay closes attention to the room maintenance before they lose control, the bedding for example the bed protectors should be replaced. Its creating a lumpy feel in the mattress. The cabana rental is misleading, due to lack of resources to provide service to the cabana renters. The sales people harass you daily and in the early morning hours with constant calls, which is annoying while trying to enjoy your vacation.
