Great hotel. Great amenities.. A short drive to anywhere you want to get to. Very nice staff. I would def come back and refer this hotel to others.

I thought I had room facing the beach. I got to see blank wall next door. Had to lean out of deck to see part of beach. This our anniversary trip. Very unhappy

Our stay was extremely disappointing for my two sons and I. The property is very outdated and not at all what we expected. The pool area was overcrowded to the point of being unusable, with what appeared to be brown, dirty water and belongings scattered everywhere. It felt chaotic rather than relaxing. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment we arrived. We requested a room change but were told none were available, leaving us stuck in an uncomfortable environment for our entire stay. When asking for a refund, they refused. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work, only a lamp so it was very dark. There was even a window looking into the hallway in our bedroom. The valet service was another major frustration. Wait times were consistently long, and the process seemed disorganized and uncoordinated, making it difficult to come and go efficiently. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the outdated facilities, unsanitary pool conditions, smoky room, and poor service, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

We liked the Anderson side rooms better than Marriott. Disappointing there is no restaurant and the store is closed in the evening. The toaster was broken and the dishwasher stunk. Beds were comfortable.

Great location easy access to restaurants and the beach…beds are comfortable but bring your own pillow the ones in the room are terribly flat and very uncomfortable…Everything else was very good .. We enjoyed our stay
