The only inconvenience was during certain hours the elevators were basically at a stand still. Other than that everything was great

I booked 3 rooms for 5 days for a family vacation. Great location, both on the beach and in North Myrtle. Nice pool, lounges, bar, bistro and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. We Uber'd everywhere and no long waits. Gorgeous beach view, recommend a beach facing room. Clean, modern, updated place. Bonus if you like ice cream is the Ben & Jerry's next door. Zero regrets choosing this hotel and absolutely would book again.

Our kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and the lazy river. The indoor water slide was a hit and provided hours of fun. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and having lifeguards on duty made us feel safe and relaxed. Another big plus was the location , only about a 15-minute walk to the boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy local attractions without needing to drive. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel, and we would definitely stay here again!

The room design was very awkward with washroom dropped smack down in the center dividing up and cramping the space.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, smelled great, and offered a fantastic view. My only real complaint is the parking situation. It’s self-park only and located in a very narrow garage across the street, and you have to check in first just to get a parking pass. To make matters worse, there was a local biker event that closed down one side of the street. Trying to turn left into the front of the building—and then navigate back out to the garage—was an absolute nightmare.

Spacious rooms, clean and a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. This was an ideal spot for a family with kids! Easy access to the beach and many pool options.

Breakfast was great, coffee was amazing, and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view off the balcony was stunning. Gorgeous property— we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at on vacation so far. The staff was respectful and genuine nice people. The food taste delicious and the pools were clean and not crowded. Me and my family had a great time and will be going back.

Great panoramic view of the icean from our room. The room maintenance was only average. The sheets were too small for the bed. Shampoo and soap dispensers were empty.

The pool was great for the kids. Lazy river indoor and outdoor. Right on the beach, good location overall. Staff was helpful overall. The only thing keeping me from giving an excellent rating is little things here and there like the coffee machine not working. Some trash being left in the elevator lobby and elevators not being cleaned up for at least a day. Felt like room service came pretty late in the day but that might be normal so not holding that against them. Some confusion with payments because they got new systems apparently. Having said all this, I would stay there again.
