Was delayed in checking in because system was down, then we got assigned a room, and not 1 but 2 rooms were very messy then it took the 3rd room to finally get a good room. all i got was a free breakfast coupon. so then i had breakfast the next day and went down at 9:20 and it was mostly shut down even after being told it closed at 10. not a good stay at all.

tvs didn't work so, good thing i could watch things on my tiny phone. i never saw the restaurant open? some of the front desk staff were just very short and dismissive with there answers when asked about the tv situation. when checking out, the lady barely acknowledged me..she was chatting with, what I assume was another guest, then barely looked over at me asked if i was checking out then slid a piece of paper to me and had me write my room number since their systems were down, then just went back to her conversation. no "thank you" "how was your stay" "have a good day" nothing. idk if this is a regular thing here being as this was my first time staying here..could very well been an unfortunate weekend but, i probably won't be back just in case.

This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere these shoes were important because it was the first time I wore them and they were brand new a gift from my husband. Needless to say I left a message for the manager that day. She never called me back. I called a week later. I still didn’t receive a call back. I was always told the manager wasn’t in and that they don’t come in until after 6 PM. I called another week later and I still didn’t receive a call back. I haven’t called to formally complaint to the Hilton hotel because I am very busy and I have a lot to do, but I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism in this establishment. I will never stay in these hotels again.

Unfortunate that the bar and restaurant were not open during my stay. Breakfast was adequate but limited choices. Staff very engaging and helpful. Malls and restaurants within walking distance.

I had paid in advance for my room, when I arrived and checked in at the hotel an “incidental” charge was put on my room which amounted to $200. I contacted the hotel and they can’t find the charge to credit it back to my card. The front desk staff called my cell phone at 3 in the morning to find out if I still planned on checking in after having already checked in.

Shannon and Felicia at the front desk were super friendly, hospitable during our entire stay. They are incredible representatives of the hotel! The staff at morning breakfast to the house keepers were always a pleasure to pass by for a friendly acknowledgment or take time to talk with you a couple minutes. We will be back for sure.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean

1. The room floor was soiled. 2. We had room service at all Saturday and had to retrieve new towels from the front desk. 3. On Sunday, the towels were exchanged and trash emptied . The bathroom sink was dirty. The floor was still dirty and the bed was only partially made. On Monday….again, no service at all. On the plus side…. The dining room staff was excellent along with the morning breakfast.

Terrible. Called earlier in afternoon to let them know we would be a late check-in and was told that was fine. Arrived around midnight and there was a sign at front desk with my name stating they were overbooked and my reservation was canceled. No phone call or notification this had happened. I would never attempt to stay here again. Horrible experience.

I asked them to please clean my room and clean towels. They didn’t clean, just threw away trash and not enough towels. I had to ask for an extra towel. The front staff was not helpful either. I also asked them to please make sure they cleaned my room and didn’t do it. I don’t recommend it at all poor front staff.

Overall stay was perfect, felt very welcomed. Front desk was a lot of help any time we had questions.

The hotel is well located, clean and beautiful. Also has great coffee. My only complaint is that because they were short staffed, we didn’t get our room cleaned until the fifth day of our stay. That’s why I gave four stars for helpful staff. This hotel should pay their staff better so they will come to work and take care of the guests.

It was close to alot of things and very clean! The staff was helpful when we needed extra towels and things! The lady at the front desk was kind of grouchy when we would ask for pool towels.
