Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area by IHG

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We drive up every summer to go to nashville shores water park. The hotel is easy to get to, near target, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Super convenient for all the stuff you may have forgotten to pack. Check in is flawless, super fast & they don’t hold a huge deposit like most hotels either!! So that’s a huge plus when vacationing on a budget. I love the lay out of the rooms. you can close the door to separate the living/kitchen area. So if you need to decompress from the kids, they have their own area and the adults have theirs, but still all together. All in All this hotel is perfect for our family trips and we will be returning.

The location was great and the area was safe. I liked that the rooms had a separate sitting area and kitchenette. The lobby was comfortable. Overall the hotel is old and tired. The rooms need to be improved. The couch in the sitting area was uncomfortable and no support in the springs. There were 3 days of my stay where my rooms wasn't cleaned and replenished with towels and other essentials. The show was weak and the water was tepid at best. Some of the staff there were unfriendly and not very helpful. It seemed to me that the hotel was catering to displaced families rather than people paying for their stay.

The water was extremely hot coming out of the cold water side. Tried every faucet in the room. No cold water whatsoever. It was scalding hot. Complained about it at check out but nothing was done.

Breakfast very good. Room was clean. We were supposed to get 2 queen beds instead we got 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. Banging in the walls noise woke us up. The actual queen bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was helpful, the pool was nice. Laundry was free and breakfast was good! Was a bit of a bummer though that breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 because there was one day during our stay where we had to leave at 7. Most hotels start breakfast at 6:30. Can’t complain about anything otherwise, overall we had a great stay!

The breakfast is great! The mattress was horrible, you could feel every coil in your back. Also, we were told the room is cleaned each day and towels refreshed. They cleaned our room 1 time for our 4 day stay we had to hunt people down for towels and throw away our trash in other locations.

I like that there was different choices for breakfast and it was different everyday.

The clerk Phoebe talked on and on as if we never stayed in a hotel before. She was very unhelpful when we asked for a late check out because of a flat tire. Cleaning staff just opens the door to the rooms

The breakfast was not good at all and I have low standards for hotel breakfast. We got a suite and the cabinets were sticky/tacky to the touch. The 4th floor smelled like cigarettes in several places not sure if people staying there were smoking or what but we stayed four days and it always smelled. For what I paid I think it was over priced. It’s clean for the most part and the outside seating area is nice.

The room was very clean. The tv in the bedroom would come on but no picture. The bathroom ceiling light and the shower light never worked. Had to take a shower pretty much in the dark but I did have light from the vanity. The shower curtain is way too short and no matter what I did I got the floor wet. Everything else was spot on.

Over all had an excellent stay. Phone was buzzing in the middle of night at the adjoining room. Thin walls maybe.

The dicks parking lot across the street hold a bunch of squatted truck fellows who rev their engines until about 9:30. Wasn’t a huge fan of that.

Tho the pool wasn’t “in season” the area around it wasn’t up to par with the rest of the property and the weather was nice so we would have sat outside had it been cleaned up and tables and chairs in place, but overall we would come again.

The couches are extremely uncomfortable. The bed has such a dip. In the middle. It has to be over 20 years old . Ive never woke. Up in so much pain in my life

It only had one treadmill and all the machines are facing away from the TV. Would have been nice to have been able to watch TV while working out.

Super clean and very spacious room. Nice extras such as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, and two bottled waters. Breakfast daily was great. Several hot and cold choices. Staff were helpful. Only 1 elevator for entire hotel but wait wasn’t long each time. Two huge negatives for me were the room pictured in reservation had a walk in glass door shower. Our room had an old tub with a shower curtain that the curtain rod was falling down. I never stay in hotels with shower curtains so this was super disappointing. Tub floor was super slick and very dangerous to step in and out of. Also the other big issue was the hotel has no ice machine. What hotel doesn’t have an ice machine? Refrigerator had ice maker but made about 8 cubes twice a day! Not enough! We had to go buy ice. The room sizes and breakfast is great but I would not stay again until showers are remodeled.

Easy location right off of 40, and restaurants close by. Our first room had a problem with the door card, but front desk staff switched us to another room, and all was good.

Room 215 was in good condition. Check-in & check-out were easy. This property needs to enforce its pet policy by not allowing guests with dogs to leave them unattended in rooms to bark continuously annoying other guests. The rooms are not very soundproof either. There is no scheduled room cleaning on weekends per desk staff.

Breakfast was great. Took 37 minutes for water to get hot on 4th floor in the morning. Desk said tank is on opposite side of hotel. Such a waste of water. Bed was not comfortable. Will not stay there again.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and spacious. The wonderful "social hour" with self serve nachos and beer was our dinner!

We requested maid service twice never received for a 7 day stay, had to go get towels, toilet paper, etc ourselves. Did not serve breakfast on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day when we needed the most. The breakfast bar was constantly out of food or utensils and I would knock on door to get service in sign language as she did not speak English. Poor service.

Room was spacious and clean. Delicous breakfast buffet. A lot of places to eat around hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! This is our second time staying at this hotel( stayed 2 yrs ago) and will definitely be back. Free parking and wifi. The damage deposit is only $10.

Perfect location close to downtown, the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Very clean suite, excellent staff who were very friendly and attentive. Liked the social hours with free food and beer. Would highly recommend.

Room was not cleaned, beds not made while we were there. It was the wrong room and the hotel management wouldn’t do anything to maw it better the basically told us tough & managements customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Everything was great

Stayed here on several occasions while visiting family nearby. This particular time the breakfast area needed some attention. Under stocked food, plates and utensils, which could be attributed to the guests. Room was either too cold or too humid, which could be attributed to the heat. Exterior painting began early in the morning with plastic covering the windows and a lift positioned outside of the windows. This is typically our GO TO spot in Mt. Joy, if our next experience isn't better it might be time to consider alternatives.

Towels and in toom amenities were only replaced once during our 6 night stay. Breakfast was bad, food was luke warm or cold.

We stayed for a 7 nights with kids. Two room suite was perfect. Laundry chute in hallway for dirty towels and clean towels available at the front desk. Only complaint was the trash situation. Very small cans for an extended stay and garbage was not picked up daily in the hall as we were told. Room was very, we used the grills down by the pool while the kids swam. Free laundry facility. Great stay!

From the beginning @ the front desk to the lobby customer service was fast friendly and efficient. The property itself from the room to the pool ,gym and gazebo areas were up to date and well Maintained .Very pleasurable stay also amazing mints @ the front desk .

Property under remodeling

There is a lot of construction going on with the outside addition but need to spend some time fixing items inside. The doors in the 2 bathrooms in my suite were rubbing so bad on the floor it was very hard for the kids to open and close them.

I stayed here for a business trip in Nashville. This hotel has numerous great restaurants and stores around it and is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and I 100% plan to use this hotel moving forward. It's 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Our room was very clean. I like the sheets and the pillows were very comfy. The hotel was very quiet which I loved. The staff greeted us every time. The breakfast is very basic but delicious. I would totally stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Staybridge because check in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for us. It was easy to get to Nashville and back. The area was quiet and modern.

Close to many dining options which was needed since their oven was done reducing breakfast and happy hour selections to nill. Killed a roach in the morning before checking out, though that could've been brought by any guest.,.. Still was disappointed by it

Room was not cleaned during our stay from Wednesday to Monday. Had to call the desk to request clean towels multiple times. Trash not emptied, beds not made or linens changed.

The only issue I had was at check in. I was charged three times instead of just two rooms. Still waiting for the charges to clear. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean, great location close to Nashville but not all of the congestion.

I like the space, separate bedroom and refridgerator/kitchen. Traffic was disturbing with fire station nearby. Sofa was uncomfortable with bad cushions.

Breakfast needs a lot of work with keeping items full, warmer, and fresh. Helpers had plenty of time to talk to front desk as opposed to doing their job. We should have been told ahead of time about no open pool, construction on the hotel front all week. Front desk night shift was a lot to be desired with customer service. Why different prices for each night stayed etc. Cupboard doors damaged and desk light broken previous to our stay.

Front desk employees were often rude and unhelpful. There was one nice lady, I did not get her name, that was friendly. The breakfast was good.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little cramped and could use more hooks to hang things like a robe and change of clothes. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc - awesome for an extended stay. Buffet breakfast was typical of most hotels - could use more fresh/healthier options. Heating/cooling system was quieter than most hotels which is a plus.

We absolutely loved our Suite! Had everything a person could want. 1 bedROOM, living room, And Kitchen! Oh, and the free full breakfast!. We were only there for the night but this would be a great place to stay much longer. Beautiful lobby with a pool to boot. And the price! Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. If we ever get back that way, we are staying at the Staybridge Suites.

What an awesome overall experience. I have never stayed at one of these properties before but my experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. Great customer service and even signed me up for their rewards program so that I can receive even more benefits. I loved my room.
