Nice hotels and room. Just kinda sucked with out TV working. I understand cable company was suppose to show up.

We’ve stayed here many times, on both the Avid side and Holiday Inn. Typically we have had good experiences, but this time was not good. At all. We arrived to a lobby full of people waiting to check in. We were advised that their system was down and so they just needed us to “wait.” After an hour, we were offered waters. We were allowed to check in after that - 3 hours into our scheduled reservation time. When we arrived to our room, we discovered hairs in the bathroom, damaged walls, peeling wallpaper and poor lighting. We booked this room as a place to rest and relax before an early flight the next day. We turned the TV on to discover that there was no cable service. I called the front desk and was advised that the TV service had been down all day (no mention of this at check in). First world problem, but something you rely on is being able to turn on your TV in a hotel room and relax. The front desk offered nothing more than a “whoops” basically. The service was still out upon our check in and check out, the following morning. This feels like a fluke, our experiences are not often this way, but the hotel definitely needs a bit of TLC. We also witnessed several people attempting to eat at the restaurant advertised as being open to hotel guests with no luck, because apparently it’s no longer open - clearly another lapse in communication. Unfortunate regression because at one time this was a nice hotel.

The room had many clumps of hair on the floor I had to clean up and didn’t even touch the hair under the desk and edge of bed. There was also hair on counters like they were never wiped down.

the room was clean. staff was friendly. air conditioner was loud when operating. the gps we were using took us in a circuitous route.

At the restaurant, the cook was leftnon his own bc someone didn't show up, but he did his best to be bartender and server as well. He got things done and had a good attitude.

Excellent one night stay. Front desk worker was very helpful. The pool was nice and the area was easy to navigate with great dining options. Only very small complaint is that the breakfast was a little lacking on food options. The options that were there were tasty! Most certainly would stay again!!

The rooms were extremely small where it was hard to walk around in the same room without running into one another. TV was not user-friendly and was very difficult to use the guide. Entryway of the hotel needed cleaning at exterior.. There were a few cigarette butts and a used band-aid lying on the front mat at the entrance.

The entire experience was good. The receptionist was very helpful when we returned to the hotel after a late night. The cost of the items in the hotel store.
