The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel has great potential but the staff was terrible! People that checked in during the day were offered free bottles of water for there room. At night when we checked we got nothing and had to go out at 3am to find a open convenience store to purchase some. Not knowing the area made that difficult. Calling the font desk is a challenge. You need to call and put it on speaker phone because it will ring for 5 to 10 minutes before someone answers. I did this 3 different times. The last time I called because we had no toilet paper and they said they would bring us some, THEY NEVER DID!! We had to use tissue paper instead. Luckily we were getting ready to check out at that time. Overall the hotel was nice but the staff made it the worst place I have ever stayed. I cant give it a low enough rating.

The room is big. - No drinking water and toiletries. - It’s noisy outside when I stayed there and the room isn’t sound proof. - The reservation system seems to be weak. - Staff especially the old lady who works on night shift had no idea about customer service and her job. She doesn’t know where the rooms are and even told me the room I booked wasn’t available, doesn’t look at booking details as my room includes breakfast and she said otherwise.

There were young children swimming in the hot tub with swim diapers , parents too busy taking tik tok videos of themselves to notice their kids in the pool... There shouldn't be infants in the hot tub but the parents were bringing all ages of kids into the scalding water and it was extremely unsafe. We finally left after a family ignored their daughter in the hot tub long enough that she almost passed out and then the dad walked her to the side, had her sit at a table and then went back to the hot tub. I was highly disappointed and very concerned for these children. Young children should not be in a hot tub.

The hotel was well kept, but it wasn’t anything special. The menu at the restaurantwas not anything special. The buffet for the price wasn’t worth it. That was a big disappointment since we were busy and it would’ve been nice to have accommodations at the hotel.

Shuttle Vans need to be upgraded. They were dirty and smelled like motor oil.

It has a great location They are short on staff (on the front desk), the hotel doesn’t have room service.

Worn, outdated, musty smell in hallways and room. We were charged for coffee in the morning, most hotels offer it complimentary, furniture in room dented, scratched and dirty. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, flat. Bathroom outdated, strong bleach smell. Windows dirty. Air conditioning was very noisy, clunky. Woke us up every time the fan came on. Got a rash from the pool and I had to pick up large pieces of broken glass from the parking lot around our truck before we could leave. Hilton certainly isn’t what it used to be. They also charge a $30.00 convenience fee that we got two different explanations for. Still don’t understand it.

Front desk, computer was locked up, corridor to the rooms felt like a prison hall, Room had some issues: the thermostat seems to permanently be on 71°, we tried to get it to go lower, but it would not change. The bottom of some of the furniture was chewed up, pillow that smelled like someone else’s cologne, hot tub drain broken, lampshade was tore up, pulled out the desk drawer to find some sort of sticky gunk, found a dirty Kleenex in the couch cushion and moved the color/marker stained coffee table to find all kinds of things that had been missed when cleaning. Icemaker was broken and was told that was the only one available. Handicap door button did not work to enter the building and unfortunately, there were no steps only ladders into the pool, which was not helpful for us to be able to access the pool.
