Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Cost for what you get compared to other hotels was a bit high.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and it was always great. This time was not so great. Stayed for two nights and never did get housekeeping service. Went to the front desk to get a couple towels and they did not have any and said someone would drop off a couple but that never happened. Did not get the impression anyone but me was concerned about my issue.. May have to find another place to stay going forward,

I never got my $350 deposit back. The room wasn't damaged. I stayed there many times but never will again.

It was a great stay! Very clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub was very nice as well. The property is in a great location and would stay here again.

Hotel has their own free parking lot. Lobby smells amazing. Room was very spacious. Bathroom shower doors did not prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor.

Very nice hotel. Spacious comfortable room with a couch you can actually stretch out on. The decor is cool. Kind of cabin decor. Big common area. Bar and restaurant on the property. Seems to be a good location for business meeting.

The stay was great! Very clean, very cute, and the staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the $50 incidental fee was supposed to be returned to my card and never was. I called the next week, and they said I would need to call during certain hours to talk with a manager. Gonna be honest, I didn't get that done. We are in the midst of graduation season, and a super busy time at work, and I didn't find at time to call that was convenient. That was frustrating, so check your invoice for the return of the incidental. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Staff was great on check-in. Hot tub was out of order. I could easily hear the TV in the next room, which made me not want to keep my TV on later in the evening. Lots of parking available, easy access to MSP.
