Not worth the price.

I felt a little alienated by the whole dorm room vibe, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable, there are USB ports everywhere, and the common areas are great. The breakfast was truly outstanding with a great selection of quality offerings. Some of the other guests beside me and above me were exceptionally loud until after midnight so it was difficult for me to sleep. I don't know if that's typical or I was just unlucky.

Have stayed here several times, location is great. Staff is always friendly, this time did not have lot of knowledge of the amenities. She did not have a remote for the TV in the lobby asked how we could change the channel she said we could mess with it because she didn’t know how. We were having trouble with the grill outside asked for her help also said she didn’t know how.

There were no towels in our room. The alarm went off at 6am which disrupted our sleep and ultimately woke us up for the day. I recommend checking to see if prior alarms have been set before a new guest arrives in room.

Front desk worker was rude on 2 occasions from different stays. Short and rude response. Other employees were nothing but nice besides the one gal that was rude.

The rooms were clean however the rest of the property was dirty and was never really cleaned while there. Trash over flowing, bbq pits and counters had old food, gum stuck on the tv, just overall disgusting. Very disappointing.

The room was decently clean, but the floor was absolutely disgusting!!! you could not walk on that floor in bare feet or your feet would turn black and you’d have to go wash them off. Other than that, I don’t really have any complaints. Not a terrible place to stay if you’re only staying for a night.

The price $224 for one night was a little ridiculous especially when I am a return customer and also had booked a another stay 5 days down the road

I was in town for a graduation. The location was perfect since it was across the street. Our room was on the first floor and I liked it was closer to the back door. The only real complaints I had was the fan not working in the bathroom and the drain in the sink took a while for the water to go down. Other than that it was really nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

I would love to give Tru by Hilton a top rating, because the rooms are comfortable & wonderfully set up. However I was perplexed by the messy carpet, something clearly left mid-stay by sloppy guests—a trail of crumbs, ground-in food etc. on the carpet from roughly the room next door to the elevators. The cleaning crew was there when I left around 11am & they must have seen it, but no one bothered to sweep/vacuum the hallway. I reported it later at the front desk, the woman there said she’d look into it, but no cleanup happened afterwards that I could observe.

Nothing worked and the front desk girl was rude, you can tell she hates her job the simplest question she would roll her eyes and gave attitude, or shrug her shoulders and say idk what to tell you

It was within walking distance of the baseball stadium and food in the area. As well as easy to get to from the main roadways. I booked a king room. Check-in is at 3 o’clock and we arrived at five. We were told the room was not ready and we would have to take a queen room or wait 1 to 2 hours for our room to be ready. We had to get ready for an event so we had to take the queen room. Also, there is a very loud bar, not even 40 feet from the hotel. It was very loud until after at least 2 AM and it was difficult to sleep.

The staff could not find my reservation, they made no effort to find it. I had to call Expedia they gave them the same reservation number I had given them and after a while the problem was resolved.

As soon as we arrived at the room, we noticed an orange stain on one of the beds. I called the front desk to request new sheets, but 30 minutes passed and nobody had came i had open the door and are there where cleaning ladys i asked them if they had bedsheets and they told me somebody would come by soon. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came by so I went downstairs to ask her receptionist if she had some so I could replace them myself she ended up following me and told me she would get me some herself. She said there was no clean, but the ladies that I had asked first for sale in the hallway and they provided me some finally they offered to put the sheets for me, but we have been in the hotel for 45 minutes so I just did it myself and to top it off and we got in the shower of the shower curtain had a booger and hair stuck to it. The hotel is nice and great area but next time I’ll just choose the next-door to stay instead of there.
