I¿ve been here a week and today was the first day house cleaning attempted to service the room and provide clean towels. Very poor cleaning service. Other guests pile trash outside the door.

Confusion at the desk about my reservation - wrong credit card # (not my card) on the sign in sheet. Room A/C inoperable except for “fan on”. Hot water at sink was a string width - room 215. No breakfast - thought it was provided, but obviously I was wrong. Definitely a lesser experience.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean but not obnoxious smelling. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
