The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. It can be stressful to travel for business, but everyone made me feel more at ease and well taken care of. Thank you everyone! Noise. I don’t know if it can be helped but the person above me must have been walking around all night in their room with maybe cowboy boots on. I felt more worried about them and what they were doing all night!

Location is good. In my experience one of the best local hotels. Breakfast has cage free eggs, some fruit, a good number of seeds, nuts, etc and granola/cereal. Rooms are spacious and clean. modern facility. Need to add yogurt to breakfast. There is only milk. Hotel can be overall pricy.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The place was generally mostly clean but we did notice a couple areas that got missed. Overall enjoyed our stay! Just wish they had pancakes or waffles for the kids.

Location was good (nearby many restaurants and other hotels). Hotel seems very new and with clean and good facilities. Staff was attentive. Overall a very good choice. Breakfast was very average. I did have cereal and others seeds, but only milk (normal and with chocolate to accompany). It'd be good to have some yogurt as well. Fruit was limited to apples.

Room was clean, bed was comfy lots of parking. Asked for a bit of a later check out as our flight was delayed which was granted. Housekeeping never came to our room once though our four night stay. Until it was time to check out. We had to call for fresh towels every night and specially requested they clean our room after the third day which did not happen.

The rooms were very clean and house keeping did a great job with there service daily.

There was no staff available even front desk personnel was hot and miss. We couldn’t flush the toilet appropriately because there was no suction. We had to get our own towels, take out our own trash and try to plunge our own toilet. There were plenty of rooms available that would have been more appropriate however with the accessibility code the front desk representative had a very hard time adjusting us to a new room for the remaining 6 hours we would be there. It eventually happened but it was tedious. We are extremely unhappy. We overpaid and we did all the work. We trusted you as we have in the past and this was awful.

I truly loved the property, but I had a very difficult time getting my reservation issue resolved. Despite four attempts, neither Expedia nor the hotel was able to correct it, and I ended up paying for an extra day.

Good location, newer hotel, large rooms The rooms had a weird layout, especially with the bathroom, and the beds were hard. Breakfast was included in the lobby but they don’t run the AC until after—prob so that you don’t linger or eat too much. Room doors looked like fire doors, and ours was hard to open and close.

This is one of the newer properties in Midland. You’ll want to stay here as many of the other options are very rundown. I moved from another hotel for that very reason. The staff was super helpful in my relocation.

I did not get the name of the lady that checked us in but she needs a raise! :) She was a multi-tasking queen--checking a guest out while simultaneously checking us in all while giving each of us the the best service and attention. As she explained the breakfast times for the following morning, I commented that we would have to leave earlier than breakfast was going to be served in order to get to the baseball fields on time. She put together a breakfast bag for our player with a breakfast sandwich, muffin, and fruit and that was so appreciated. She went above and beyond!

Honestly couldn't sleep all night which was very frustrating as we were very jetlagged and looking forward to a good nights sleep. Really nice hotel. We got the studio which had a separate living space with couch and office. I would definitely stay here again as everything was clean and orderly. Parking was very full but we got in early so was less of an issue for us.

We got in late and front desk was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a school event and staff had already been dealing with students and taking great care of them. They even got breakfast set up early so that all the kids could eat before the start to a long day.

We booked this hotel because the description said it had a hot tub. :0( There is not a no hot tub anymore. The list of amenities is not up to the hotel but up to Hotels.com so compair the actual hotel website to the hotels.com.

The television in the room was messed. We ask for a late checkout. One room was already cleaned when we came back up and the other room with all our stuff was setting open ready to get cleaned sooo we did not get a late checkout at all.

The shower was broken as water leaked from the bottom faucet. Sheets had stains and did not seems clean. I walked around like 5 times by the front desk and no one was ever there.

Good excspt forbteakfast. It used to be good. An hour before closing evgs almost gone. When we left breakfast still no more eggs. Worst bacon I have ever eaten! Paper thin EXTREMELY crispy and not much taste. Fairfield Inn and Comfort Suiges far superior breakfast.

The room was extremely comfortable and set up in a well manner. The bed was amazing and I could have stayed in it for days. The hotel it self was clean, modern, and impressive for my first stay in these hotels.

Overall the rooms were nice. Did not like that the toilet was separated from the shower. The corner sink with the toilet was weird. Could not see tv from both beds. Breakfast was ok- would have been nice to have waffles or muffins. One side of room was noisy hot radiator while other side blew cold air. Staff ok not engaging

Perfect accommodations for me and the family. Plenty of room in the suite we selected for 5 of us. My only issues were toilet took a long time to fill after flushing, and sink could have been bigger in the bathroom.

Only to tell me that 1:45 was too early to check in since my check in time was 3. So we went and played my sons baseball games got back to the hotel at about 10 pm. Checked in went to our room and the ac/heater didn’t even work along with the toilet area smelling like sewer! Around midnight called down stairs and was told “ my manager is here and we will check the boiler room for the wiring and if we can’t figure it out we will look to put you in another room we will get back to you in about 10 minutes.” Well needless to say I went back down to my truck for blankets and didn’t bother with them anymore. Froze all night and never did they reach back out to us. Literally the worst night in a hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at this one again

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in 2021. The room was actually clean and the sheets smelled like they have actually been washed, all the fixtures worked, and doors closed properly...yeah...we've had some not so pleasant experiences at other places. SpringHill Suites by Marriott is on the good list :-)

One reason we booked this hotel is because it had a bar. We arrive Friday evening. Come to find out the bar is closed on weekends. I will be sure to ask next time a book a hotel

One told me that she could not bring items up to the door because she was just by herself at the front desk and I should go pick them up by myself. When I got there, there was three of them.

The front desk staff was rude when we arrived around 12:30 to see if a room may be available to check in yet. We had no problem waiting until 3pm, but wanted to check. They had next to nothing available for their continental breakfast. The bed was insanely hard and the walls/ceilings were paper thin.

I feel so comfortable!

The part of our trip that was displeasing was our shower. There seemed to be only three settings: freezing, lukewarm, and scalding hot. As you turned the knob up and down, the water temperature did not change until you got to the ends of the knob’s range. The hot water was so hot that any skin touched by the water immediately started swelling. No one in our party was able to shower completely due to this issue.

The staff was very polite checking us in and very helpful if you needed extra towels and blankets. Very friendly

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a safe area, and with shopping close by. The complimentary breakfast needed to be improved, a very poor of selection to choose from. Even though I knew, I did not like that I had to pay for parking.

I was shocked that I was charged $7 a day for parking in Midland, Texas. The lady working when we checked in was great, but the next morning there was no hair dryer in our room and no one answered the housekeeping or front desk lines. When I went down stirs, to the front desk, no one was at the front desk so I waited. Finally someone came out and helped me, then went back in the room with the other employees. While we were eating, I could hear them in the back room LOUDLY screaming and carrying on, very unprofessional. No one stayed up front to help guests as they came up.

Nothing. The toilet paper was so cheap. One ply and you had to use too much because of the thinness. Not sure is things have changed because of Covid but we stayed two nights and our beds were not made, the trashes emptied or the floor vacuumed. Will not stay there again!

My stay was okay. Not the best. Our room was clean and was quite bigger than other places. We were not crowded. However, they do not have carpet in the rooms. So we could hear the footsteps very Cleary above us. If you stay here, as for the highest floor or you will not be able to sleep.

rooms where dirty. Toilet had pee stains when we entered the room. Underneath the sofabed, there was trash and a lot of stains on floor. Stayed 3 days there, and all 3 mornings, no coffee downstairs.

Charged for parking in hotel parking lot but was never told that the parking wasn’t free. There were not enough towels in our room and when we asked for more, we had to go get them ourselves.

Hotel very nice, room was great. Would stay again.

The front desk lady was so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and ok. The bed was not comfortable & the linens were thin & only 2 pillows were provided which seemed odd to me but maybe with COVID they don’t want to wash that many. The breakfast was not great... Instant oatmeal and muffins. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but it wasn’t the best either.
