Had a fantastic stay here! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was so welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

When we arrived, our bathroom sink drain was completely clogged. Also the lobby bar never opened the entire duration of our stay. No pool on property. For the price, you can get better amenities elsewhere.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Looks like either a pretty new hotel, or a recent remodel. Do wish they would get rid of carpet everywhere and go to tile or LVP (luxury vinyl plank) everywhere. Carpets are just dirty and hard to clean.

We were very impressed with how quiet this place is even though the parking lot was full. It’s extremely clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Bed large and comfortable, great pillows. While I generally don't watch TV, my other half wanted to but the remote barely worked. After calling reception, I went and got a fully functioning replacement, which made her happy. We arrived with dogs and our room was conveniently located at one end of the hotel, right beside the small dog exercise area. It included poop bags and a trash bin, so top marks here. It must be quite an old building as there was an area of peeling paint in the bathroom. Also, it took a few minutes for the shower to supply hot water, very unusual in a Marriott facility. Breakfast was plentiful and self-serve buffet style. Cheese omelets and sausage patties were both OK and the coffee was hot and strong. There were plenty of other choices including fresh oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, etc. Overall, I'm surprised and disappointed in this hotel stay. While the room was comfortable and staff friendly and breakfast plentiful, this seems to be a facility that ignores the official Marriott ethos of the GM using 'Management By Walking About'. If the GM was truly performing to the Marriott way of doing business, this would have been a 5 star review.

Room was clean. Booking.dot showed king size bed. It was not. When we requested a king size bed at the front desk they refused. Booking.com advertised hot free breakfast. Only cold cereal and toast was offered.

Our stays at Marriitt TownePlace, 912 Crump St., Midland, TX have from our first stay been very, very pleasant. The hotel itself is modern, clean with ample sized rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The manager is on top of having this hotel run in top notch fashion. The staff is friendly, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast setup and dining room is well maintained and is a great way to start off ones day. I highly recommend Marriott TownePlace, Midland, TX.

Next to I20 on the southwest part of Midland so it’s convenient for travelers. The good restaurants are in the opposite side of town. Very pleasant staff.

This property said it was pet friendly. NOTHING was said about a charge on Expedia's site, nor at the hotel. Instead, I was notified of a $100 charge on my CC AFTER we left the next morning. If I had been made aware of that, we would have stayed elsewhere as others were half that price. I'm disappointed that Expedia did not make us aware of this when we were booking.

This was the nicest, largest room, bathroom and kitchen in my cross-country trip. I loved the kitchen! Even though was just one night it was super convenient for the 3 meals I made for myself. The guy who checked me in was super sweet but did 2 odd charges with the room charge, and the next morning the lady at the front desk had to fix it.

Everything but the staff was great the assistant gm was very rude we made a reservation and she proceeded to tell us we couldn't re rent the room it was due for a cleaning signs posted all around said house keeping would t be back for 2 days then tried to cover her track and said it was maintenance

We checked in after midnight due to weather delays and had to wait for staff to open doors. The staff provided keys but no other info. Other than check in the facility was great! Checkout was much better than checkin!

This is not a downtown hotel with valet parking and a parking garage. This is a standard hotel with a parking lot and they sneak a $7 parking fee onto your card a week after you check out. I called the hotel to try and figure out this charge and they told me they just started doing it, so i probably wasn't told about it. Indeed I was not. It's just $7, but the entire situation was ridiculous.
