Clean room. Staff was friendly. Didn’t partake in the breakfast… but hubby said there wasn’t anything safe for me to eat… (celiac here). He was looking at least for a banana… but there was none. I’d stay again because it is super convenient to the freeway and there were plenty of stores around.

The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintain, the room was very well clean and even smelled clean, no half way job was done, clean sheets were changed on the bed, but the problem was the bed itself. The bed itself was so hard we both had hip problems to where it was hard to even walk

I liked that they let check in earlier so we could get dress to attend a wedding at 2pm

Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Didn’t even go over the corners of the mattress and top sheet only went over the top of mattress. Very disappointing ☹️ as we didn’t notice till we went to get into bed. No one to fix it at 10:00 pm!!! Very uncomfortable sleep to say the least.

We were happy to stay 2 nights there with their awesome breakfast. We also enjoyed the hotel room and the view we got was cool. We will go back and we hope to get the same room and service again. Thank you so much. Perez Fam.

The front desk associate was absolutely lovely very friendly. It was such a wonderful first impression. Then we went up to the room after arriving and being exhausted and found urine all over the bedsheets. The bedsheets had not been changed. We immediately went downstairs and we provided a new room.

Good quality room for the night only issue was the towels were stiff and could barely stand to try and dry off with it otherwise zero complaints

The hotel was surprisingly nice. Well renovated and clean. Towels could be in much better condition along with detergent used. But other than that- I think everything was great. It is the second hotel I tried in Midland, TX and the better one of two.

Everything was great, except that the room had a weird smell..like a sweaty gym. Other than that we were very comfortable.

TV not workable. Light missing light bulb. Not enough towels to shower & wash hair & dry off. Bath Towels are too small and just not enough for two people for two days. No hand/face soap out, only bottle style in shower.

This is the second time we stay there during the summer and the pool is closed. They also allowed for a homeless person to stay in the lobby two days and the third day when they finally got him out there was a new one.

We reserved the room from the road about 2 hours out of Midland and arrived late-ish - about 2245. But were waited on and checked in promptly.

It had been a long day and the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff person we met was friendly. Breakfast looked good. I really like the little omelettes. But we were in such a hurry to get home we chose to hit the road before finding a place to eat. If we could change anything about the stay it would be the cost of the room. I guess that’s the price you pay for quality.

overall the hotel was good. nothing too special but was a good place to stay for the night! close to the highway and had good dining options near by. the staff was very friendly and helpful! the breakfast was good too and everything felt clean!

Comfy bed, good location. The one thing I’d like to share is that when leaving we had a car hauler with us and another person parked blocking the trailer in. The kid at the front desk and 2 other patrons went out of their way to help us get the trailer out literally lifting it and turning it so we could hook it up to the truck. Kudos to the front desk guy, didn’t catch his name but I am very grateful for the help!

Safe quiet with close by shopping centers .several fast food places easy parking and key less entry no contact in or out .

There was a major problem with Expedia when I arrived to check in but Gracie at the front desk went above and beyond to try to help me. Without her I wouldn't have had a room. The place was clean and comfortable and all the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommended and stay again if in the area.

Nice and comfortable - only shortfall was lack of coffee in the morning. The front desk person did not appreciate me asking if there was more somewhere else either. She was the only staff member I encountered that acted like she hated being there.

This is my 2nd time in this hotel. Last year, I stayed with my husband. Recently, I stayed alone.We opted to stay here because our kids were competing for UIL Regional Swim competition were also staying in this hotel. Our school district chose this hotel. I suppose they gave our school district good rates since our school district had been booking the kids' rooms in this hotel year after year.I felt safe for myself and for our kids.The staff are super nice. They were very professional & yet were so welcoming & helpful. Breakfast wasn't so bad too especially for our athletes. It was easy and wonderful experience.

We enjoyed a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, and juice, and coffee.

I will be staying there often There was nothing to dislike. It was a perfect place and the people were awesome.

I asked the lady at the front desk to have our room cleaned when we left in the morning and when we came back the room was not cleaned. I told the same lady the following morning and she said I never asked her to have it cleaned. I was going to ask her to check the cameras but I didn’t want to waist more time!

The hampton inn failed to clean our room any of the 4 days we were staying there. We even asked them on the 2nd day and they still failed to clean our room while we were gone. My girlfriend had to ask for fresh towels on the 3rd day. The manager apologized for the lack of cleaning but still annoying.

Excellent service. Totally will be back soon.

When we arrived there was a dispute over the dog fee. Hotels.com website had the fee at $50 but the hotel wanted to charge us $75. The girl on reception was extremely rude and was initially refusing to accept our position she did eventually but very reluctantly give in. Then when we got to our dog friendly room which we paid $50 for there was a piece of the carpet missing and the walls were marked. Breakfast was also disappointing because they were supposed to serve until 10am but the breakfast bar was not kept stocked until that time.

The hotel blind-sided both me and Expedia, canceling my reservation without notice. I only learned I was canceled when I arrived after a long drive, tired and ready to crash. The hotel claimed it was “overbooked.” That’s really lousy!

The staff were not welcoming or nice. Unprofessional and rude. Seemed as though I was an inconvenience.

We had a very good 1 day overnight restful stay. Travelling for health issues. It was what we needed...quiet and rest.

They had overbooked the hotel so we had to take a room not the same as we asked for with no apology, discount or any attempt to make it right. Then room blowing very cold air. They acknowledged there was an hvac problem. We did not get a resolution to this problem either besides some extra blankets so we bundled up and cuddled in our king instead of two queen bed

The property was great. Will help the oilfield worker population tremendously. Clean, new, and good customer service. Highways are currently torn up. Tough for guests right now if trying to get to certain appointments. This will pass to make it a very viable property.

The Hotel was very clean. This hotel had electric charging which was big bonus for us. Unfortunately the check in staff gave no greeting, after waiting for over ten minutes waiting at the counter.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast.

This Hampton location seemed dirty and to not have typical items found at a Hampton Inn. The bedding smelled like BO/like it had not been washed. There was a napkin wrapped around the smoke alarm on the ceiling when we arrived. The breakfast had no oatmeal and no vanilla creamer for coffee like other Hampton Inn’s that I usually stay in.

Came here soecifaccly so my grandson could use the pool. It looked inviting in photos. On arrival we were told it was out if service and had been for days. After a hot 6 hour drive it was a disappointment.

Stayed in a room with no working tv that they had put me in a month prior to that at that time had toilet issues. When asking about the tv they informed me a manager would call me at 8 the next morning, this was after I had to go down to the lobbyto see what the deal was again. To my shock the next morning no call came, surprise surprise. So the next day I asked to switch rooms and was told that I wasn't the only one having issues with my stay and that they would give me a discounted rate. Guess what, I know your gonna be shocked just as I was when that didn't happen either. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Midland which is often since my son lives here. Not anymore, trust me the Holiday Inn across from them is way better and will be getting my business from now on.
