Spotless room and property. Amazing staff - Anna, Mary and Mary Jane consistently provide exceptional customer service and welcoming guests.

Very nice and clean

The room was very clean and the bed was the right height for a handicapped person such as myself. One big drawback was the water pressure in the shower. It was barely strong enough to rinse the shampoo out of my hair!

Specious room with good air conditioner. Clean linen, 2 TV sets, elevators, fitness room, swimming pool, secure overnight parking easy check in and out. No heated pool. No enough ventilation in bathroom. Hotel stuff on front desk were not that friendly .

Breakfast was decent. The bathroom door would not properly close. It was very frustrating trying to shower or use the bathroom. Also, there was what appeared to be feces smeared on the doorframe. We also heard gunshots late at night that woke us up.

Everything was good except when the water went out on Saturday morning but sometimes that happens! We will definitely come back when we travel again 🙂

Very clean hotel located walking distance to restaurants. The room was larger than most hotel rooms we have stayed in. The hotel included a free full breakfast. Excellent hotel.

Desk staff was untrained. Would not provide me a bill/receipt at check out because I made reservation on Expedia. Waived $7.00/day parking fee but because I could not get a reciept I don't know.

Room was clean upon arrival; coffee was good. Noisy (the choice of flooring resulted in hearing the neighbors above you). Lack of housekeeping and cleaning of commons areas. I saw the same trash and mess in the elevator during my entire stay. Half of the TV channels did not work. The front desk staff were not very hospitable.

The location was what drew me to this property. The facilities were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. Safe, clean, quiet, comfortable and great staff. All needed amenities. Bonus Coffee grinded/brewed to perfection.

It was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and was always working around the hotel cleaning something for the guests to enjoy their stay.

This hotel was great! Clean and spacious room. Great walk-in shower. And large gym area with lots of workout machines and choices. Would definitely stay there again.

We were there Thursday-Sunday. Housekeeping never came. We had to go to the front desk to ask for someone to come and get trash on Saturday and Friday and Saturday we had to go an ask for clean towels. We shouldn’t have had to ask for what we paid for the room

Stayed for a quick night during our cross country move. Ended up checking in later than anticipated with exhausted, crying kiddos. Front desk was so sweet and quick to get us in. Found our room, clean, nice and quiet. Passed out immediately. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Check out was a breeze.

Overall ok place to stay within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Cleanliness was not great.

All was great as I drove up and realized I was at the wrong side of town.. they worked w Expedia to refund my card, this meant a lot.

The property was nice to stay at, but it is very frustrating to find parking late at night. There weren’t any parking spaces for us. I had to park on the driveway where you park to check in both nights of our stays. There were big trucks taking spaces because they were parked incorrectly. If the property is going to charge customers for parking the property should have guaranteed parking for customers. I had to carry my daughter to the hotel because she was asleep on n the car.

There is no hot tub which pictures show they have one. The pool was disgusting and didn't want to swim. There is a $50 deposit which is requires per room you rent which uou get 8 to 10 businesses days. Amount is not included in check in instructions.

Service was great but our hotel room did not appear to be cleaned very well. Long black hair on the bathroom counter/floor and well as in the bed. The shower drain was also broken.

I did not book through Expedia before I walked into the lobby. The only employee said, she could match or do better than the Expedia p ice. So I waited to see if that was so. Unfortunately she could not so I reserved a room through Expedia. The employee got annoyed because hat I did have hat, so she told me it could take 20 minutes or up to 5 hours for my reservation to show up on her computer. Talk about annoyed…. I was very irritated to say the least. There was a reason Hunter storm, it was 8pm and I just wanted to get out of the car after an eight hour drive. The price difference was almost $58. And it only took a few minutes for my reservation to be confirmed by the hotel employee.

Every thing was great just didn’t know they charge for parking

The shampoo dispenser in the shower is a little tricky. The guide on the tv did not work. The hotel itself is quiet, but the surrounding outdoor area is really noisy. That noise is heard inside the room we had. The pool is super!! It’s beautifully kept & really nice. But incredibly cold even being outdoors with no cover.

Check in was great and the desk attendant was very friendly. That was really the best part. I booked a king but was given a room with 2 queens. Then the next morning housekeeping was banging on ALL of the doors at 9am when checkout wasnt till 12pm.

There are many unhealthy fast food restaurants.

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom floor was not as clean as i expected. I stepped on it with wet feet after my shower and saw how it was dingy. I didn't like the fact that i have to pay for parking, but only with my credit card not cash. That just complicates my expenses.

Room was clean people where friendly. But if you pay 200.00 a night that should include parking.

The price is insane for what you get. The area around it is super congested and hard to get to. The hotel has nothing special. The air was so anmoying because when it clicked off you could hear literally everything. You have to pay for parking and i understand why the amount of homeless people around there was shocking. It smelled wierd outside, idk just wasnt happy with the stay. One of the front desk got an attitude when we went down and asked for extra towels.

We were very impressed when we entered the hotel and even more so when we got to our room we haven’t stayed in a room that nice in years we have family in Midland and will definitely stay there on our next trip

Stay was nice the introduction at registration was uncomfortable. Person was very upset or not happy so it seemed. I felt like this was going to be the worst place to stay based on her behavior.

The property was decent for the pricing. The room was absolutely filthy (sign in lobby said under construction - not disclosed in description at time booked) I have terrible allergies and there was insane amounts of dirt - filth under bed which you can openly see. Bathroom tile was dirty with nasty footprints upon arrival. Given a handicap room without requesting one!!! The microwave was beyond disgusting! Food and debris underneath it, the door handles looked so disgusting I would never even touch that! Looked like a nasty college dorm room, Mattress was unbelievably hard, would love to know who helped select those! To top it off our grandkids came to swim and the pool temp was prob high 60's to 70 which made it impossible for them to enjoy. Overall spend more money and go to a Hilton DoubleTree or something nicer. They also charged for parking SMH it's Midland TX not Dallas and not a nice hotel more of a motel! 3 thumbs down and we've traveled extensively.

Wonderful customer service, very clean hotel, I would give it 5 stars except for the noisy adjoining store complex that was outside of our room window. We have to hear cars roaring their engines and loud music in the alley way that separated the stores to the hotel, interfering with our sleep. Maybe ask for a room on the front side of the hotel vs the back, might help?

Clean, orderly rooms. Two things were negative. The TV service went off air twice. Just turned the TV off after that. Also, as I was trying to close windows because of a strange noise coming from where I thought was the window sill I cut myself on the upper window lock. Two very sharp pieces were left exposed from where the upper window lock used to be. Please fix!

Outdoor pool and hot tub weren't very clean. Had to pay for parking. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was super helpful when we were waiting on an overnighted package to continue on our trip! Would definitely stay here again - the printing area and the breakfast were perfect too!

After driving 16hrs thought I’d use a free rewards to book. Paid the extra 34 dollars. Upon arriving we went to check in, and they said they couldn’t find my paid rewards night. The girl at check didn’t even attempt to figure it out. I showed her my email with the confirmation and proof of payment, and still she just washed her hands of it. So I had to pay full price, then spend 30 plus minutes on the phone with Hotels.com to give me my rewards night back and that my refund of 34 dollars would take 7-9 days. It was so frustrating after driving so long to have to call and figure it out when I should’ve just been able to check in. Disappointed with Holiday inn. It’s usually pretty reliabel but, definitely a let down this time.

Stay was good. I do not like the fact that Holiday Inn charges your credit card $50 for fees/damages that may incurred during the stay, but then it takes 7-10 business days for that to be refunded. If that is their policy, I will not be staying with them again. It is a scam to make interest money off of the thousands of rooms rented each day.

Was a good stay but had to pay 7.00 a day to park in there ouside parking lot. Food was okay but eggs and biscuits over cooked both days.

Nice decore and clean. There were no facial tissues and no shower gel which we have come to expect at a nice place like the Holiday Inn. We did not get up in time for the breakfast so can't make any comment. The recptionist on duty was very friendly and helpful.

It was your average Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable bed, clean. They did not have facial tissue in the rooms and the toilet paper was one ply and they were very stingy with it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately I stayed when apparently multiple kids baseball teams also stayed. The room above me was loud, lots of running, stomping & when I wanted to report my rm phone didn't work. So a trip to thé front desk. Clerk seemed bothered & repeated my rm # outloiud. The kids did settle down but somehow knew m # & banged on my door à few times in the morning. This hotel will not be on my return list.
